Abstract
Verfahren zur Justierung von zu jeder Phase gehörenden, als Thermobimetall- oder Formgedächtnislegierungsstreifen ausgebildeten thermischen Auslöser eines elektrischen Schaltgerätes, insbesondere eines Motorschutzschalters, deren Aulösebewegungen bei einem bestimmten Nennstrom über Übertragungsglieder auf einen Auslösemechanismus übertragen werden und mit einem Einstellelement zur Einstellung des Schaltgerätes auf einen bestimmten Nennstrom, folgenden Verfahrensschritten:
- Messen der Abstände jedes Bimetalls (10,11,12) von einem zum in Auslösestellung befindlichen Auslösemechanismus gehörigen Bauteil (16), bei einem bestimmten Strom,
- Fertigung der Übertragungsglieder (13,14) und deren Montage entsprechend den Meßergebnissen,
- Verändern der Stellung des Einstellelementes (17,18) zur Auslösung des Auslösemechanismus,
- Anpassen der dem Einstellelement zugeordneten Skalierung.
