Abstract

The invention relates to a loudspeaker combination comprised of at least two loudspeakers, of which one is preceded by a low-pass frequency filter, the other by a phase shifter in the form of an all-pass filter. The invention addresses the problem of providing with simple means a configuration simple of realization of such a loudspeaker combination, whose frequency response and whose radiation characteristic is significantly improved. The invention resides therein that the other loudspeaker or the other loudspeakers is/are each preceded by at least one phase shifter, with all phase shifters being tuned with respect to their phase setting to the phase position of the loudspeakers radiating lower tones, such that all loudspeakers radiate the low tones in like phase position. The fundamental idea is herein: several primarily identically structured loudspeakers can be employed, all or at least the major portion of the loudspeakers are allowed to transmit low tones, with the loudspeakers, which, in addition to the low frequencies, also have to transmit higher frequencies, being changed in their phase position such that the low and the particular lower frequencies are radiated in identical phase position. Die erfindungsgemäße Lautsprecherkombination besteht in ihrer in Fig.1 und 2 gezeigten Basisschaltung aus zwei gleichgebauten, in einem Gehäuse 1 eingebauten Lautsprechern 2,3, von denen dem einen Lautsprecher 3 ein Tiefpaß-Frequenzfilter 4 vorgeschaltet ist. Dem anderen Lautsprecher 2 ist ein Allpaßfilter 5 mit Phasenschieber vorgeschaltet, der in seiner Phaseneinstellung auf die Phasenlage des für die Abstrahlung tiefer Töne vorgesehenen Lautsprechers 3 abgestimmt ist. Lautsprecherkombination nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Lautsprechern (2,3,8) dieser Lautsprecherkombination Verstärker (6,7,12) als aktive Schaltelemente vorgeschaltet sind, daß dem einen Lautsprecher (3) mit Verstärker (7) wie in der Basisschaltung lediglich ein Tiefpaßfilter (4) vorgeschaltet ist, dem Lautsprecher (2) ein Tiefpaßfilter (9) und ein in seiner Phasenlage auf das Tiefpaßfilter (4) abgestimmtes Allpaßfilter (5) mit Phasenschieber vorgeschaltet ist, daß Über einen Abgriff zwischen dem Allpaßfilter (5) und dem Tiefpaßfilter (9) der mit dem Verstärker (6) ausgestattete Lautsprecher (8) versorgt wird, dem ein Allpaßfilter (11) vorgeschaltet ist, wobei dieses auf das Tiefpaßfilter (9) abgestimmt ist, während das Allpaßfilter (5) auf das Tiefpaßfilter (4) abgestimmt ist.9. Lautsprecherkombination nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Verwendung zweier Lautsprecher beide Lautsprecher tiefe Töne abstrahlen, daß beide Lautsprecher von gleicher Bauart und Bauform sind, daß der eine Lautsprecher nur tiefe, der andere Lautsprecher tiefe Töne und Töne des mittleren (und vorzugsweise auch des hohen) Frequenzbereiches abstrahlt und daß bei beiden Lautsprechern die gleiche Pha- senlage der tiefen Töne eingestellt ist,10.
