Abstract

Bei einer Geschirrspülmaschine mit einer Einrichtung zur Verhinderung einer Schaum- oder Luftblasenansammlung in der strömungsberuhigten Messzone (14) eines im Spülwasserkreislauf angeordneten Trübungssensors (13) ist die Messzone mit dem Trübungssensor in einem waagerecht verlaufenden Leitungsweg der Spülflüssigkeit angeordnet, welcher gegenüber der vorgeschalteten Zuleitung (12) einen sich stetig vergrößernden Strömungsquerschnitt besitzt. Eine solche Ausbildung der Messzone ermöglicht vorteilhaft eine Trennung von Schaum und/oder Luftblasen (17) aus der auf Trübung zu sensierenden Spülflüssigkeit (16) und vereinfacht die Signalauswertung. Die durch die Mess-Strecke des optischen Sensors "schwimmenden" Partikel, die für kurze Augenblicke jeweils das Licht der Optik absorbieren, werden auch tatsächlich nur als Signalsprünge von Schmutzpartikeln erkannt, herausgefiltert und in verwertbare Signale umgewandelt.
