Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a soffit connection profile for plaster to adjacent components, in particular for thermal insulation facades to adjacent window or door frames, with a sealing leg adjacent to the component, and one in the Arranged portion of the sealing leg, at least one trigger edge for the plaster having, rigid drawbar.
From DE 297 07 804 U1 is a soffit connection profile for plaster or spatula connections to adjacent components, such as the frames of windows or Doors, known, whose sealing legs against the adjacent component is sealed by protruding sealing lips. The sealing lips are under one certain bias sealing to the adjacent surface of the adjacent On components. Lack of a firm connection between the attachment leg and the adjacent component but can not be prevented between Sealing lips and the component, especially after a long service life Dirt, moisture, etc. penetrates and a permanent water and wind tightness between component and the facade is not given.
Furthermore, from DE 42 29 080 A1 a soffit connection profile for plaster connections known on a window sill, whose attachment leg means a self-adhesive sealant is glued to the window frame. As a result of different thermal expansions between window sill and facade there is a change in the distance between window stock and the attachment leg. As a result, at times tensile stresses act on the Sealant, whereby - especially after weather-related aging of the Sealant - the risk of peeling off the sealant from the window stock arises. Especially at low ambient temperatures dust, Water and the like in the adhesive area between sealing tape and Penstock penetrate, whereby the adhesive bond is destroyed. By the increasing leakage between the sealing tape and the window sash can cause water, Wind and dirt more or less unhindered between window stock and facade penetrate.
In DE 200 11 013 U1 a soffit connection profile is described which is connected to a component with a self-adhesive sealing tape. To protect the sealing tape against the weather, is an elastic Preceding sealing lip, which, however, in turn, the weather influences is exposed. In general, the sealing lip is colored different from the component or facade, which makes the optical harmonious Appearance is disturbed.
The object of the invention is to avoid these disadvantages and a soffit connection profile to create, with which a permanent seal between Plaster or spatula connections and adjacent components can be achieved can.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the preferably in one piece Discharge strip shaped with the end profile from the sealing plane of the Seal leg is formed projecting in the direction of the component. Preferably It is envisaged that the trigger bar with the sealing level an angle greater than 90 ° and less than 180 °, preferably between 110 ° and 160 °, more preferably between 120 ° and 150 °, most preferably between 135 ° and 145 °.
Due to the above training of the trigger bar, this serves as weather protection and at least for the most part holds dust, water, dirt and UV rays from. The trigger bar thus fulfills two functions, on the one hand serves as a carrier at least one trigger edge for the plaster, and on the other hand as weather protection.
Usually, the plaster is at least in two layers, namely as Armierungsputz and as a fine plaster, applied. To apply and remove the To facilitate plastering, it is particularly advantageous when the trigger bar on the the plaster side facing at least one trigger edge for Armierungsputz and a deduction edge for precious plaster has.
Especially in the connection area for components, such as door sills or window sills, a good adhesion of the plaster is especially important. In a particularly preferred Embodiment variant of the invention is therefore intended that on the Abzugsleiste on the plaster side facing at least one adhesion-promoting Means for the plaster has. The adhesion-promoting agent can thereby due to bumps such as ribs, teeth, grooves, undercuts, steps or be formed.
For sealing against the component can be provided that the sealing element at least one sealing strip with a connectable to the component has self-adhesive surface. Additionally or alternatively, it is advantageous if the sealing element at least one fixed to the sealing leg having associated permanently elastic sealing lip. Both the sealing tape, as well as the sealing lip are weathered by the Protected extractor strip. In addition, the trigger strip serves as a privacy screen and hidden visually the underlying sealing elements.
In a further embodiment of the invention can be provided that the sealing element at least one permanently connected to the sealing leg permanently elastic Sealing lip has.
Due to the sealing lip made of permanently elastic material, the sealing tape even when relative movements between the component and According to the facade of different thermal expansion against possibly the Discharge bar overcoming dirt, water and wind attack protected. The Sealing lips same relative movements between the facade and the adjacent Component, whereby they always abut the component. A particularly good one Protection for the sealing tape is achieved when in the area of each longitudinal edge the sealing strip is arranged in each case a permanently elastic sealing lip.
To keep water, dirt and wind effectively, it is advantageous if the The component-side end of the sealing lip points away from the sealing strip.
The sealing lip is slightly biased relative to the component so that they occurring relative movements between the component and the soffit connection profile can compensate.
At the occurrence of relative movements, a detachment of the sealing strip To avoid the component, it is advantageous if this permanently elastic executed is. Preferably, it is provided that the sealing strip and / or the Sealing lip and / or the sealing leg by gluing, sewing, thermal Welding, ultrasonic welding and / or co-extruding insoluble are connected.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that it has a substantially L-shaped cross-section, wherein on the sealing leg a about normal trained, adjacent to the plaster mounting leg connects, and where the trigger bar in the crossing area between the fastening leg and sealing leg is arranged.
In order to avoid the occurrence of cracks, it is advantageous if the fastening leg a Putzarmierung, preferably a glass fiber fabric strip or a glass fiber strip, is attached. This will be a particularly good Connection between the plaster and the soffit connection profile enabled.
The trigger edge for the noble plaster runs to zero, so that the soffit connection profile is no longer visible after application of the precious plaster. For optimum adhesion of the reinforcing and precious plaster on the reveal connection profile To reach, it is provided that the attachment leg Undercuts and / or openings.
A particularly preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the Sealing legs or on the trigger bar a preferably self-adhesive Cover is mounted for the adjacent component, and particularly preferably the cover by a cover, a plastic strip or a plastic strip is formed. Through the cover, door leaves and Window for the application of the plaster to be covered and protected. To Completing the cleaning work, the cover is removed. In order to make this possible, It is particularly advantageous if the cover in one through the trigger bar In the assembled state concealed area has a tear perforation. The trigger bar facilitates the tearing of the cover.
On the one hand to firmly connect the cover to the soffit connection profile and on the other hand, a problem-free tearing of the cover after completion of the To allow plastering it is particularly favorable when the cover between Seal element and sealing leg is attached.
To quickly and accurately connect a soffit connection profile to the it is particularly advantageous to enable next soffit connection profile if preferably in the area of the drawbar, particularly preferably in the Crossing area between the fastening leg and sealing leg Locking means is provided. A manufacturing technology very simple embodiment provides that the locking means at least one in the direction having the longitudinal axis in the reveal connection profile molded locking opening, in which a locking pin for connection to a subsequent soffit connection profile can be used. The locking hole can be a closed or also have an open profile line. For connecting two soffit connection profiles be connecting elements in the locking holes - with or without seals - used.
The soffit connection profile is either made of plastic, such as PVC, polystyrene or the like, or metal, for example, aluminum or the like.
To different thermal expansions between soffit connection profile and To compensate for adjacent component, the sealing element as Hollow profile may be formed, wherein the sealing strip over at least two lateral Webs is connected to the sealing leg. At least one sealing lip can be integral with the sealing tape and / or with a lateral web be educated. Through the hollow profile is achieved that in the area of the splice the sealing strip is not too high tensile forces occur during the Could cause detachment of the sealing strip from the component. For additional Stiffening of the sealing strip can be provided that the sealing strip in addition to the lateral webs via at least one gutter with the Sealing leg is connected.
Alternatively, it can be provided that the sealing element as a solid profile is formed, wherein preferably at least one sealing lip integral with the sealing strip is formed.
In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the sealing leg preferably firmly connected to the masonry with an adhesive tape. This is especially in soffit connection profiles without separate mounting leg advantageous.

verwenden.The
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the sealing

To the sealing
The

10 ausgebildete Abdeckung 11 angeordnet.
Between the sealing
With the mounting
The
25 verbunden. Die Putzarmierung 14 ist zwischen Dichtungsschenkel 2 und Klebeband
28 befestigt.The
Das Laibungsanschlussprofil 1 ist aus Kunststoff, beispielsweise PVC oder Polystyrol,
oder aus Metall, beispielsweise aus Aluminium ausgeführt. The
In each of the described embodiments is by the described
