Claims (19)

  1. Carton pour emballer une pluralité d'articles, par exemple des bouteilles comprenant une pluralité de panneaux pour former une structure tubulaire comportant un panneau de paroi supérieure ayant des bords d'extrémité et des bords latéraux opposés, le panneau de paroi supérieure (18) comportant une poignée (66), caractérisé en ce qu'une ligne de pliage (101) s'étend de la poignée à une ligne découpée (89) disposée le long d'un bord latéral (28) du panneau de paroi supérieure pour éloigner de ce fait de la poignée (66) les contraintes de traction.
  2. Carton selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la ligne de pliage se termine entre les extrémités de la ligne découpée (89) du bord latéral.
  3. Carton selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la ligne de pliage s'écarte d'un chemin rectiligne afin de couper la ligne découpée (89) du bord latéral.
  4. Carton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la poignée comprend une première et une seconde ouverture (68, 70) espacées définissant un panneau de poignée (66).

Carton selon la revendication 4 comprenant en outre une deuxième ligne de pliage (99) s'étendant d'un bord de la première ouverture à main à la ligne découpée (89) et espacée par rapport à la première ligne de pliage pour définir une partie de la paroi supérieure qui est capable de fléchir par rapport à la paroi supérieure, pour éloigner de ce fait de la poignée les contraintes de traction et/ou absorber lesdites contraintes de traction.
  6. Carton selon la revendication 5, dans lequel au moins une ligne fragile (80) s'étend depuis la première ouverture (68) pour connecter de manière détachable la poignée (66) au panneau de paroi supérieure et dans lequel la première ligne de pliage (101) s'étend depuis la ou chaque ligne fragile (80).
  7. Carton selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la ou chaque ligne fragile (80), avant de se terminer, est incurvée vers l'intérieur.
  8. Carton selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel la deuxième ligne de pliage (99) s'étend depuis un endroit situé sur le bord de l'ouverture à proximité de l'intersection de la première ouverture à main avec la ligne fragile.
  9. Carton selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel la deuxième ligne de pliage s'étend depuis un bord de la première ouverture à main (68).
  10. Carton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, comprenant, sur un côté de la poignée, des lignes fragiles opposées (80) s'étendant depuis la première ouverture et une seconde partie flexible, où la seconde partie flexible est définie par une troisième ligne de pliage (100) qui s'étend de la deuxième ligne fragile à une deuxième ligne découpée (89) de bord latéral prévue sur le bord latéral, et une quatrième ligne de pliage (98) s'étendant du bord de l'ouverture à une extrémité de la deuxième ligne découpée de bord latéral.

  12. Carton selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les deux parties flexibles sont agencées de manière à être de même étendue.
  13. Carton selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la ou chaque ligne découpée (89, 89a) de bord latéral fait partie d'une structure recevant des articles comprenant des rabats articulés opposés (82, 84) séparés par une ligne découpée supplémentaire (87) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à la ligne découpée du bord latéral.
  14. Découpe pour former un carton conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  15. Structure de poignée pour un carton servant à emballer une pluralité d'articles, par exemple des bouteilles comprenant : un panneau de paroi supérieure ayant des bords latéraux opposés et des bords d'extrémité le panneau supérieur ayant une première et une deuxième ouvertures espacées prévues dedans afin de définir une poignée où une ligne de pliage s'étend de la poignée à une ligne découpée disposée le long d'un bord latéral du panneau de paroi supérieure et une deuxième ligne de pliage s'étendant d'un bord de la première ouverture à main à la ligne découpée et espacée par rapport à la première ligne de pliage pour définir une partie de la paroi supérieure qui est capable de fléchir par rapport à la paroi supérieure, pour éloigner de ce fait de la poignée les contraintes de traction et/ou absorber lesdites contraintes de traction.
  16. Carton pour emballer une pluralité d'articles, par exemple des bouteilles en une pluralité de rangées, lequel carton comprend un panneau de paroi supérieure (18) ayant des bords latéraux opposés articulés à des parois latérales respectives (14, 20) et des bords d'extrémité opposés articulés à des parois d'extrémité respectives (40, 40a), le panneau supérieur (18) comportant une première et une deuxième ouverture à main (68, 70) espacées définissant, au moins en partie, un panneau de poignée (66) par lequel le carton peut être soulevé, caractérisé en ce qu'une paire d'éléments de panneau espacés s'étend du panneau de poignée (66) à chacun des bords latéraux respectivement, chacun desdits éléments de panneau étant défini par une paire de lignes de pliage (101, 99 ; 96, 94) qui croisent ledit bord latéral au niveau d'une ligne découpée disposée le long de ce bord latéral, dans lequel le panneau de poignée (66) est adapté pour fléchir afin de diriger les contraintes de traction vers leurs lignes découpées respectives (89, 89a) quand le carton est soulevé par la poignée et en ce que chacune desdites lignes découpées fait partie d'une ouverture de fenêtre, dans la paroi latérale associée, laquelle ouverture de fenêtre recouvre le sommet d'un article adjacent dans le carton et est adaptée pour être ouverte par le sommet de l'article pendant le levage du carton par le panneau de poignée (66) pour soulager les contraintes de traction dans le panneau.
  17. Carton selon la revendication 16 dans lequel les ouvertures de fenêtre formées dans une paroi latérale (20) se mettent en prise avec un article le plus extérieur dans les deux rangées d'articles adjacentes les plus centrales, vu depuis les extrémités du carton, et sont toutes deux disposées entre les emplacements des ouvertures de fenêtre de la paroi opposée.
  18. Carton selon la revendication 15 ou 16 dans lequel chaque ouverture de fenêtre est définie par un ou plusieurs rabats d'ouverture latéraux (82, 84) connectés de manière articulée au panneau de paroi latérale respectif (14, 20) et adaptés pour être articulés vers l'extérieur par un article présent dans l'ouverture.
  19. Découpe pour former un carton conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 18.
