Abstract
Ein Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1), insbesondere ein Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1) zum direkten Einspritzen von Brennstoff in einen Brennraum einer Brennkraftmaschine, umfaßt einen Aktor (10) zur Betätigung einer Ventilnadel (3), wobei die Ventilnadel (3) an einem abspritzseitigen Ende einen Ventilschließkörper (4) aufweist, der zusammen mit einer Ventilsitzfläche (6), die an einem Ventilsitzkörper (5) ausgebildet ist, einen Dichtsitz bildet. Brennstoffkanäle (35) sind in einer mit dem Ventilsitzkörper (5) verbundenen oder einstückig ausgebildeten Ventilnadelführung (31) in mehreren Reihen (34) umfänglich in der Ventilnadelführung (31) angeordnet, wobei die Anzahl der Brennstoffkanäle (35) und ihre Lage zueinander so gewählt ist, daß dadurch eine Kennlinie, die den dynamischen Brennstofffluß (qdyn) durch das Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1) in Abhängigkeit von einem Hub (h) der Ventilnadel (3) darstellt, eingestellt wird. A fuel injection valve (1), in particular a fuel injection valve (1) for injecting fuel directly into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, comprises an actuator (10) for actuating a valve needle (3), the valve needle (3) having a valve closing body () 4) which, together with a valve seat surface (6) which is formed on a valve seat body (5), forms a sealing seat. Fuel channels (35) are arranged circumferentially in the valve needle guide (31) in a plurality of rows (34) in a valve needle guide (31) which is connected to the valve seat body (5) or is formed in one piece, the number of fuel channels (35) and their position relative to one another being selected in this way is that a characteristic curve is set which represents the dynamic fuel flow (q dyn ) through the fuel injection valve (1) as a function of a stroke (h) of the valve needle (3).
