Description

La présente invention concerne une clé à tige cylindrique munie d'un anneau.
Les clés de ce type reçoivent un anneau de manipulation rapporté sur la tige, constitué en général de matière synthétique, et fixé sur celle-ci. En général, un tel anneau est surmoulé sur la tige, ce qui interdit son échange.
On connaít par FR-A-1.398.889 une clé dans laquelle' la tige et l'anneau (ou tête de clé) sont indépendants et peuvent être fixés l'un à l'autre à des positions variables. L'anneau comporte un alésage, qui peut être formé par un élément tubulaire formant fourreau, dans lequel la tige peut être fixée. par une vis ou une bague extérieure. Cette fixation extérieure est fragile et peu esthétique.
La présente invention vise à permettre de changer l'anneau d'une telle clé, soit avant livraison à l'utilisateur. soit par l'utilisateur lui-môme, sans que les moyens de solidarisation de la tige et de l'anneau soient accessibles.
A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet une clé à tige cylindrique munie d'un anneau dans laquelle l'anneau est muni d'un alésage de passage de la tige, la tige étant fixée dans un fourreau muni de moyens d'immobilisation dans l'alésage de l'anneau, les moyens de fixation de la tige dans le fourreau étant constitués par une broche traversant un alésage radial du fourreau et coopérant avec un trou radial de la tige, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'immobilisation du fourreau dans l'alésage de l'anneau sont constitués par une tête. de section non circulaire, du fourreau coopérant avec un élargissement terminal de section complémentaire de l'alésage de l'anneau.
L'invention sera bien comprise à la lecture de la description suivante d'un exemple de réalisation, en référence au dessin annexé dont la figure unique est une vue en perspective éclatée de la clé.
La clé comprend une tige cylindrique 1 à section transversale profilée et un anneau (ou tête) 2 de manipulation,
L'anneau 2 est muni d'un alésage 3 traversant qui peut être profilé sur une partie de sa longueur au profil de la tige 1 et peut en outre comporter des moyens d'encliquetage (non représentés) coopérant par exemple avec une rainure'4 de la tige 1 délimitant la partie active 1' de la tige 1 faisant saillie à l'extérieure de l'anneau 2 après montage.
L'extrémité de la tige 1 opposée à la partie active 1' est logée dans un fourreau cylindrique 5 terminé par une tête hexagonale 6 logée dans un élargissement (non représenté) de forme complémentaire de l'alésage 3. La tige 1 est fixée dans le fourreau 5 par une broche ou goupille 7 traversant un alésage 8 dans la tête 6 du fourreau 5 et coopérant avec un trou borgne 9 de la tige 1.
Dans l'exemple représenté, une douille 10 chargée par un ressort 1, protège la partie active 1' de la tige 1 en dehors des utilisations.

Claims (3)

  1. Clé à tige (1) cylindrique munie d'un anneau (2).dans laquelle l'anneau (2) est muni d'un alésage (3) de passage de la tige (1), la tige (1) étant fixée dans un fourreau (5) muni de moyens d'immobilisation (6) dans l'alésage (3) de l'anneau (2), les moyens de fixation de la tige (1) dans le fourreau (5) étant constitués par une broche (7) traversant un alésage radial (8) du fourreau (5) et coopérant avec un trou radial (9) de la tige (1).
    caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'immobilisation du fourreau (5) dans l'alésage (3) de l'anneau (2) sont constitués par une tête (6). de section non circulaire, du fourreau (5) coopérant avec un élargissement terminal de section complémentaire de l'alésage (3) de l'anneau (2).
  2. Clé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une douille (10), chargée par un ressort (11). protégeant la partie active (1') de la tige (1) au repos.
  3. Clé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2.
    caractérisée en ce que la tige (1) de clé est encliquetée dans l'alésage (3) de l'anneau (2).
