EP-B-338 974 befestigt. Das Dichtungsprofil 9 liegt bei geschlossenem
Türflügel 3 am Boden 4 an. Auf der Unterseite der
Schiene 7 ist ein bei Hitze aufschäumbares Dichtelement 10 in
Form eines Streifens angebracht, z.B. aufgeklebt. Das Dichtelement
10 ist im Hohlraum 11 zwischen der Schiene 7 und dem unteren
Steg 12 des Dichtungsprofils 9 angeordnet und schäumt bei
einer Temperatur von z.B. über 100°C bis 180°C auf. Da das Dichtelement
10 unmittelbar beim Spalt zwischen dem Boden 4 und der
Unterseite 2 angeordnet ist, reagiert es rasch auf eine Temperaturerhöhung
in diesem Bereich, schäumt auf, verkeilt die Schiene
7 im Hutprofil 6, und füllt den Zwischenraum zwischen dem unteren
Steg der Schiene 7 und dem Boden aus. Zugleich dichten die
unteren Ränder der Schenkel 13 des Dichtungsprofils 9 seitlich
gegen den unteren Krümmungsbereich 14 des Hutprofils 6 ab. Die
dargestellte Lösung hat zudem den Vorteil, dass die gleichen
Elemente sowohl für gewöhnliche, schwellenlose Türen als auch
für Brandschutztüren eingesetzt werden können. Es ist auch ohne
weiteres möglich, bestehende Dichtungsanordnungen, z.B. gemäss
der EP-B-338 974, nachzurüsten und so nachträglich den Brandschutz
der Türe zu verbessern.The

10 auch auf den Steg 12 des Dichtungsprofils 9 innen
