Abstract

The collar (1) is made from a sheet of flat material, cut out in one piece by stamping to form four square or rectangular faces (12) linked by fold lines (11), an end tongue (15) for joining the ends and upper and lower flaps (13, 13') of trapezoid shape with curved edges (14, 14'). The lower flaps (13') have toothed edges to engage with the outer surface of the bottle neck.
