Der Widerstand des Neigungsgelenkes 5 ist notwendig, damit die Nackenstütze einerseits das Kopfgewicht hält und andererseits eine situative Verstellung der Neigung zuläßt. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung kann somit ein Nutzer des Bürostuhles individuell einstellen, wie schwergängig das Gelenk verstellbar ist.The

- A swivel office chair (1) with a neck support (2) and a backrest (4) lying flexibly on a carrier (3) in order to ensure an inclination adjustment, whereby an articulation (5) with an inclination resistance to adjust the gradient of the neck support (2) is located between the backrest (4) and the neck support (2), characterised by the fact that the neck support (2) can be adjusted in height, whereby the height adjustment follows a circular trajectory, and the resistance of the inclination adjustment of the neck support (2) can be set to the user's preference.
- A swivel office chair (1) according to Claim 1 is characterised in that the neck support (2) consists of a carrier frame with two curved side straps (8), each of which has a socket (16) and a tie bar (10), and of a substantially curved upholstery part (9) comprising a U-shaped upholstery plate (11) with sliding blocks (14) and the upholstery (12) itself, wherein the side straps (8) have an inside guiding groove (13) to receive the sliding blocks (14) of the upholstery plate (11), whereby the tie bar (10) has a slotted link (15) arranged in the middle to provide guidance of the upholstery plate (11).
- A swivel office chair (1) according to Claim 1 is characterised in that the backrest (4) comprises a backrest frame (17) with two sockets (18) corresponding to the respective sockets (16) of the frame of the neck support (2), wherein two spring washers (19) are arranged axially in each socket (16) of the backrest frame (17), and pre-stress can be applied to said springs by means of a screwed connection (20) between the sockets (16, 18) of the frame of the backrest (4) and the frame of the neck support (2).
- A swivel office chair (1) according to Claim 1 is characterised in that for assembly reasons, the U-shaped upholstery plate (11) has a hinge (21) in its upper portion so that the straps can be folded, and the straps can be connected at their bottom end by means of joints and fastenings (22), preferably by screws.
