Abstract
Um die Stabilität eines Magnetkerns (29) eines Elektromagneten für ein Magnetventil (30) zur Steuerung eines Einspritzventils (1) für Brennkraftmaschinen, umfassend einen Magnetkern (29) aus einem Kunststoff-Metallpulvergemisch mit einer axialen Durchgangsöffnung (54) und einer in einer Ausnehmung (74) des Magnetkerns angeordneten Spule (53), bei thermischen und mechanischen Belastungen in axialer Richtung zu erhöhen und eine Aufweitung des Spalts zwischen Anker und Magnetkern im Magnetventil zu vermeiden, wird vorgeschlagen, den Elektromagneten mit einem metallischen Stützgerüst (60,61) zu versehen, das mit dem Kunststoff-Metallpulvergemisch des Magnetkerns (29) ein integriertes Verbundteil bildet und sich durchgehend in axialer Richtung von einer ersten Seite (68) des Magnetkerns (29) bis zu einer von der ersten Seite abgewandten zweiten Seite (69) des Magnetkerns erstreckt.
