Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a drum screen machine with at least one rotating drivable drum with perforated sieve sheet jacket.
Derartige Trommelsiebmaschinen werden für verschiedenste Anforderungen eingesetzt. Sie finden Anwendungen zur Siebung von Kompost, Rindenmulch, Holzhäcksel, Sand, Kies, kontaminierten Böden, gebrochenem Bauschutt oder Restmüll.Such drum screening machines are used for a wide variety of requirements. You will find applications for screening compost, bark mulch, chopped wood, Sand, gravel, contaminated soil, broken building rubble or residual waste.
The screening drums are placed in a frame together with their drive motor stored, which can also be designed to be mobile. For cleaning the sieve drums cylindrical brooms are currently used, which perforate the screen from the outside clean inside by inserting the individual bristles. This cleaning technique works perfectly with sticky masses, such as wet soil, sand or moist compost. On the other hand, the processing of residual waste leads to very often long particles, some of which fall through the sieve perforation, such as tapes, Cords, tapes etc. for wrapping the screen drum, which is due to the Covering the respective screen holes to a considerable deterioration of the Performance. If a screening drum is provided for such an application, metallic scrapers are currently used on the outer jacket of the drum screens. However, these externally adjustable metal wipers lead to one high wear and go hand in hand with a large noise emission, which for the Operator of the drum screen machine is often unacceptable.
It is also a drum screen machine with at least one rotatingly drivable Drum with perforated sieve sheet jacket known, on the outside the pipe holes surrounding the perforations are welded onto the jacket. This Construction has two major drawbacks. On the one hand, in jam cylindrical tube particles. On the other hand, windable parts, such as tapes, cords, ropes etc. wound between the pipe sockets. This wound up However, parts can no longer be installed on the outside of the Cladding arranged metallic wipers can be removed. The advantage of the scheduled Pipe socket compared to the simple perforated sheets lies in the processing of residual garbage in that the smooth tube walls are a bulky hook Prevent objects in the holes in the perforated plate.
The object of the invention is to make a drum screening machine known Design in such a way that they are particularly suitable for the screening of Residual waste is suitable.
According to the invention, this task is based on a generic
Drum screening machine through the combination with the characteristic features
of
In this way, the strips can enclose the sieve holes in half of their circumference. This creates an optimal compromise between the danger of yourself Clogging of the holes due to bulky objects on the one hand and the risk of Clogging of the subsequent pipe socket by particles etc. on the other hand found.
Even tapes, cords, etc. that wind up on the drum can be done more easily Removed from the drum jacket. According to a preferred one Embodiment variant provided at least one cutter, which for Cutting through the materials wound on the outside of the drum serves. such Cutting units can be attached to one or more strips on the drum circumference be arranged.

Darstellungen. The screen drum 10 shown in FIG. 1 has a
In Figures 2 and 4, the
Not shown in the figures is a cutting unit with which around the
