Abstract

Für die Entnahme von Zuschnitten (10) aus einem Zuschnittmagazin (14, 15) dient eine Förderrolle (18, 19), die den Zuschnitt (10) mit einem Saugkopf (20) erfasst und am Umfang mitnimmt. Die Förderrolle (18, 19) muss unter Drehung um die eigene Achse entlang einer linearen Bewegungsbahn unterhalb des Zuschnittmagazins (14, 15) hin- und herbewegt werden. Zum Antrieb dient ein Kurbeltrieb - Kurbelarm (24) und Strebe (26) -, die mittelbar, nämlich über einen Schwenkarm (28), mit der Förderrolle (18, 19) verbunden sind. Ein Ausgleichsgetriebe (23) bewirkt eine lineare Bewegung der Förderrollen (18, 19).

A conveyor roller (18, 19) is used to remove blanks (10) from a blank magazine (14, 15). The conveyor roller (18, 19) has to be moved back and forth while rotating about its own axis along a linear movement path below the cutting magazine (14, 15). A crank drive - crank arm (24) and strut (26) - which are indirectly connected to the conveyor roller (18, 19), namely via a swivel arm (28), is used for the drive. A differential (23) causes a linear movement of the conveyor rollers (18, 19).
