Claims (13)

  1. Thermoaktuator für mikromechanische oder mikroelektromechanische Einrichtungen, wobei der Aktuator folgendes umfaßt:
    ein tragendes Substrat,
    einen Aktuatorverlängerungsabschnitt (8),
    einen ersten Arm (30), der an einem ersten Ende (31) davon an dem Substrat und an einem zweiten Ende (32) an dem Verlängerungsabschnitt angebracht ist, wobei der erste Arm so ausgelegt ist, daß er bei Gebrauch leitend erwärmt werden kann,
    einen zweiten Arm, der an einem ersten Ende an dem tragenden Substrat und an einem zweiten Ende an dem Verlängerungsabschnitt angebracht ist, wobei der zweite Arm von dem ersten Arm beabstandet ist,
    wobei der erste Arms (30) so ausgelegt ist, daß er bei Gebrauch eine Wärmeausdehnung erfährt, wodurch verursacht wird, daß der Aktuator eine Kraft auf den Verlängerungsabschnitt ausübt, und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Arm (30) mindestens ein Kühlkörperelement (38, 39) umfaßt, das sich im wesentlichen an einem Punkt maximaler Erwärmung des ersten Arms befindet, der der Punkt ist, an dem bei Gebrauch maximale Erwärmung des ersten Arms eintreten würde.
  2. Aktuator nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kühlkörperelement (38, 39) im wesentlichen in der Mitte des ersten Arms liegt.
  3. Aktuator nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Kühlkörperelement (38, 39) so ausgelegt ist, daß es den ersten und zweiten Arm miteinander verbindet.
  4. Aktuator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Kühlkörperelement (38, 39) mindestens einen ersten Laschenkörper umfaßt, der mit einem Hauptkörper des ersten Arms (30) verbunden ist.
  5. Aktuator nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Laschenkörper über einen ersten verdünnten Halsabschnitt mit dem Hauptkörper verbunden ist.
  6. Aktuator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der erste Arm (30) eine leitende Schicht umfaßt, wodurch der erste Arm leitend erwärmt werden kann.
  7. Aktuator nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Aktuator derart ausgelegt ist, daß ein Strom durch das tragende Substrat zu der leitenden Schicht geschickt werden kann.
  8. Aktuator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der erste und zweite Arm bevorzugt aus im wesentlichen dem gleichen Material ausgebildet sind.
  9. Aktuator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der Verlängerungsabschnitt eine Paddelstruktur umfaßt.
  10. Aktuator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der erste Arm (30) aus Titannitrid ausgebildet ist.
  11. Aktuator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei der zweite Arm aus Titannitrid ausgebildet ist.
  12. Tintenstrahldüse, die einen Aktuator wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 beansprucht umfaßt.
  13. Druckkopf, der mehrere Düsen wie in Anspruch 12 beansprucht umfaßt.
