Die Druckfeder 10 wird hierbei komprimiert. Die Fig. 2 zeigt diese Position des Hebels 8. Mit dem Hebel 8 wird selbstverständlich auch der Reflektor 13 radial nach innen bewegt. Wie die Fig. 2 zeigt, befindet sich nun der Reflektor 13 ausserhalb der Position des Lichtstrahls 19. Beim Aufwickeln erfährt somit der Lichtstrahl 19 in keiner Drehposition des Wickelkerns 3 eine Reflexion und entsprechend empfängt die Fotozelle 17 kein reflektiertes Licht. Beim Abwickeln verbleibt der Hebel 8 in der in Fig. 2 gezeigten gespannten Schwenklage, bis das Wickelband 4 lediglich noch einlagig anliegt und sich von der Nase 11 abhebt. Der Hebel 8 befindet sich dann etwa in Fig. 1 in Sechs-Uhrstellung. Der Bandanfang 4a befindet sich hierbei ebenfalls etwa in Sechs-Uhrstellung. Da der Hebel 8 durch das Wickelband 4 nicht mehr belastet ist, verschwenkt die Feder 10 den Hebel 8 in die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Stellung, in welcher die Nase 11 die Mantelfläche 12 überragt. Gelangt nun der Hebel 8 in die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Elf-Uhrstellung, so befindet sich der reflektierende Streifen 13 im Bereich des Lichtstrahles 19 und entsprechend sendet die Fotozelle 17 ein Signal an die Steuerung 23, welche den Abwickelvorgang unterbricht. Wie ersichtlich, wird der Leerzustand in einer Position des Wickelkernes 3 erkannt, in dem noch der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Bereich 4b des Wickelbandes 4 an der Mantelfläche 12 anliegt. Bis zur vollständigen Abwicklung ist somit noch eine Reserve durch den Bereich 4b vorhanden.
