Claims (19)

  1. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff, der durch eine Seitenwand desselben zu öffnen ist, wobei der Behälter eine aus Pappe gebildete rohrförmige Körperlage (12) mit einer Innen-und einer Außenseite und gegenüberliegenden Enden aufweist und die Körperlage ferner eine Naht bildet, wo gegenüberliegende Ränder der Körperlage aneinander angrenzend positioniert sind; und wobei der Behälter eine Folienetikettenlage (14) um die Außenseite der rohrförmigen Körperlage herum aufweist und die Folienetikettenlage so von der Körperlage abgerissen werden kann, dass die Naht der Körperlage getrennt und der Behälter geöffnet werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folienetikettenlage Folgendes umfasst:
    eine Innenschicht (40) mit einer Innen- und einer Außenseite, wobei die Innenschicht ablösbar auf die Außenseite der rohrförmigen Körperlage (12) geklebt ist und aus einem polymeren Material eines ersten Typs gebildet ist, und
    eine Außenschicht (46) mit einer Innen- und einer Außenseite, wobei die Außenschicht dauerhaft mit der Innenschicht (40) verbunden ist und aus einem polymeren Material eines zweiten Typs gebildet ist und wobei eine der Schichten (40, 46) in Umfangsrichtung eine höhere Kriechfestigkeit hat als die andere der Schichten.
  2. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Außenschicht (46) eine höhere Kriechfestigkeit hat als die Innenschicht (40).
  3. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der erste Materialtyp der Innenschicht (40) Polyethylenfolie aufweist.
  4. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 3, bei dem die Polyethylenfolie eine Folie aus orientiertem Polyethylen hoher Dichte ist.
  5. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der zweite Materialtyp der Außenschicht (46) Polyethylenterephthalatfolie aufweist.
  6. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, bei dem ferner graphische Zeichen auf mindestens einen Abschnitt der Folienetikettenlage (14) aufgebracht sind.
  7. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 6, bei dem die graphischen Zeichen auf die Außenseite der Außenschicht (46) der Folienetikettenlage (14) aufgebracht sind.
  8. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 6, bei dem die graphischen Zeichen auf die Innenseite der Außenschicht (46) der Folienetikettenlage (14) aufgebracht sind.
  9. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 6, bei dem die graphischen Zeichen auf die Innenseite der Innenschicht (40) der Folienetikettenlage (14) aufgebracht sind.
  10. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Folienetikettenlage (14) in einer Spiralrichtung um die rohrförmige Körperlage (12) gewickelt ist und die Innenschicht (40) der Folienetikettenlage (14) aus orientiertem polymerem Material gebildet ist, das so orientiert ist, dass es entlang der Spiralrichtung reißt.
  11. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Folienetikettenlage (14) um den rohrförmigen Körper (12) gewickelt ist und die Innenschicht (40) der Folienetikettenlage (14) aus einem orientierten polymeren Material gebildet ist, das so orientiert ist, dass es entlang der Umfangsrichtung reißt.
  12. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Folienetikettenlage (14) mit einem Klebstoff auf Dextrinbasis auf die rohrförmige Körperlage (12) geklebt ist.
  13. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, ferner mit einem auf die Außenschicht (46) aufgebrachten Überlack.
  14. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 13, bei dem der Überlack einen katalytischen überlack aufweist.
  15. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Innenschicht (40) und die Außenschicht (46) der Folienetikettenlage (14) zusammenlaminiert sind.
  16. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Folienetikettenlage (14) eine Abschälfestigkeit von 10,71-44,65 g/cm (0,06-0,25 Ibs./in) hat.
  17. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Innenschicht (40) ein orientiertes Polypropylenmaterial aufweist.
  18. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, ferner mit einer Vielzahl von Perforationen, die sich im Bereich der gegenüberliegenden Enden um die Folienetikettenlage (14) herum erstrecken, um einen Riss an den Perforationen entlang zu leiten.
  19. Rohrförmiger Behälter aus Verbundstoff nach Anspruch 1, ferner mit einer mit dem Laser eingeritzten Linie , die sich im Bereich der gegenüberliegenden Enden um die Folienetikettenlage (14) herum erstreckt, um einen Riss an der mit dem Laser eingeritzten Linie entlang zu leiten.
