This would simplify the trimming operation.
  • the thermoformed spout and/or fitment of the invention is preferably made of polyethylene terepthalate (PET). PET is preferred because it is transparent and clear and permits an unobstructed view. It is preferred that the fitment be sufficiently transparent so that the consumer can see the product through the fitment during pouring and measuring. Moreover, the inside of the measuring cup can be seen through the spout and this helps fill to the correct level.

  • thermoformed spout An important advantage of use of a thermoformed spout is that the part weight may be much lower with a thermoformed spout as described (4.3 grams versus 14.3 grams for our current spout). This is due not only to the thinner starting sheet material but the elimination of much of the outer wall on the thermoformed spout.

Claims (8)

  1.   3. Ausrüstung (28) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Tülle (42) kegelstumpfförmig ist.
  4. Ausrüstung (28) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die Außenwand die umgebende Wand ist.
  5. Flasche (12), um eine Waschmittelflüssigkeit zu enthalten, mit einem Flaschenkörper (16), einem Ende (20), das sich von dem Körper (16) nach oben erstreckt, und einer in dem Körper aufgenommene Ausrüstung, wobei die Ausrüstung eine umgebende Wand (32), einen Boden (36), der sich von einer Unterseite der Wand einwärts erstreckt, und eine Ausgusstülle (42), die von einem inneren Abschnitt des Bodens (36) nach oben ansteigt, umfasst, wobei sich die Tülle (42) wenigstens teilweise in dem Ende (20) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrüstung (12) wärmegeformt und lichtdurchlässig ist und eine horizontale Tropfverhinderungslippe an der Tülle (42) in Ausgießrichtung aufweist, die eine U-förmige Kerbe aufweist, um das Ausgießen auf Flecken zu steuern.
  6. Flasche (12) nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Ende (20) innere Befestigungseinrichtungen aufweist.
  7. Flasche (12) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Befestigungseinrichtungen Schraubgewinde (26) sind.
  8. Flasche (12) nach Anspruch 7 in Kombination mit einem Verschluss (14), der ein Außengewinde (26) besitzt, das zu dem Innengewinde (26) passt.
