Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine thermisch gesteuerte elektrische Schaltvorrichtung 1 weist ein Bimetallelement 2, eine Einstelleinrichtung 3 und eine Schaltkontakteinrichtung 6 auf, die einerseits über das Bimetallelement verstellt werden kann und andererseits hinsichtlich ihres Schaltpunktes mit der Einstelleinrichtung 3 wirkvebunden ist. Das Festende 7 des Bimetallelementes 2, ein Befestigungsende 8 der Schaltkontakteinrichtung 6, ein Trägerelement 9 für die Einstelleinrichtung 3 sowie Anschlußkontaktfahnen 10, 11 sind an einer Trägervorrichtung 12 angeordnet. Um die Schaltvorrichtung 1 hinsichtlich ihrer mechanischen Eigenschaften zu verbessern sowie hinsichtlich der Anzahl der notwendigen Einzelteile zu verbessern, besteht die Trägervorrichtung 12 aus einem einstückigen, aus Isoliermaterial ausgebildeten Halteblock 13 mit einer Mehrzahl von im wesentlichen parallel verlaufenden Aufnahmeschlitzen 14 in die die von der Trägervorrichtung 12 gehaltenen Einzelteile Schaltkontakteinrichtung 6, Bimetallelement 2 sowie die Anschlußkontakte 10, 11 eingesteckt werden können. Das Trägerelement 9 für die Einstelleinrichtung 3 geht einstückig in die Trägervorrichtung 12 über.
