Abstract

Ein Verfahren zum Wecken einer Person mittels einer Weckeinrichtung, umfassend eine Weckvorrichtung und einen über Funk mit der Weckvorrichtung gekoppelten Bewegungssensor, wobei die Bewegungen der schlafenden Person zum Auslösen eines Weckvorganges herangezogen werden, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass erst nach Registrierung einer Bewegung durch den Sensor die Koppelung zwischen Weckvorrichtung und Bewegungssensor aktiviert wird. Da die Bewegungen mit den Schlafphasen in Zusammenhang stehen, gelingt es, einen physisch und psychisch günstigen Zeitpunkt zum Wecken zu ermitteln und demgemäß den Weckvorgang auszulösen.
