Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Membranpumpe mit hydraulisch angetriebener Membran (10), die an einem umlaufenden Rand zwischen einem Pumpendeckel (34) und einem Pumpengehäuse (36) in einem vorbestimmten radialen Einspannbereich (38) und mit einer vorbestimmten Andruckkraft zwischen Pumpendeckel (34) und Pumpengehäuse (36) derart eingespannt ist, daß die Andruckkraft unterhalb einer Fließgrenze des Membranwerkstoffes liegt. Hierbei ist im Einspannbereich (38) zusätzlich wenigstens ein elastisches Bauteil (40; 42; 50) vorgesehen, welches derart ausgebildet ist, daß es im Betrieb der Membranpumpe auftretende Verringerungen der Andruckkraft im Einspannbereich (38) der Membran (10) zwischen dem Pumpendeckel (34) und dem Pumpengehäuse (36) elastisch ausgleicht.
