Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zur zerstörungsfreien Ermittlung der Haftung an Grenzflächen, bei dem mechanische Spannungsfelder (8) durch lokale Erwärmung an der Grenzfläche (6) erzeugt und das dadurch beeinflusste Reflexions- oder Transmissionsvermögen der Grenzfläche (6) abgefragt wird. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die mechanischen Spannungsfelder (8) durch periodische Erwärmung erzeugt und ein resultierender periodischer Verlauf des Ultraschallreflexions- oder Transmissionsvermögens mit Ultraschallimpulsen (10) abgefragt wird.The present invention relates to a method and a device for the non-destructive determination of the adhesion to interfaces, in which mechanical stress fields (8) are generated by local heating at the interface (6) and the reflection or transmittance of the interface (6) influenced thereby is interrogated. The method according to the invention is characterized in that the mechanical stress fields (8) are generated by periodic heating and a resulting periodic progression of the ultrasound reflection or transmissivity is interrogated with ultrasound pulses (10).
Mit dem Verfahren und der zugehörigen Vorrichtung lassen sich Messungen zur Ermittlung der Haftung an Grenzflächen mit hoher Empfindlichkeit und bei geringen Störeinflüssen durchführen.
