Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zur zerstörungsfreien Ermittlung der Haftung an Grenzflächen, bei dem mechanische Spannungsfelder (8) durch lokale Erwärmung an der Grenzfläche (6) erzeugt und das dadurch beeinflusste Reflexions- oder Transmissionsvermögen der Grenzfläche (6) abgefragt wird. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die mechanischen Spannungsfelder (8) durch periodische Erwärmung erzeugt und ein resultierender periodischer Verlauf des Ultraschallreflexions- oder Transmissionsvermögens mit Ultraschallimpulsen (10) abgefragt wird.The present invention relates to a method and a device for the non-destructive determination of the adhesion to interfaces, in which mechanical stress fields (8) are generated by local heating at the interface (6) and the reflection or transmittance of the interface (6) influenced thereby is interrogated.
