Abstract

A vacuum switch suitable for a power receiving and distributing equipment in which the simplification and reliability of a structure is made compatible with each other, and a vacuum switchgear using the switch, wherein opening and closing parts are assembled in a vacuum container, a breaker, an earthing device, and a disconnecting switch each having an opening and closing part are provided, the vacuum container is divided at least into two chambers, and the opening and closing part of the breaker is installed in one chamber and the opening and closing parts of the earth device and disconnect switch are installed in the other chamber.
