Abstract

A self-closing closure which can be integrated into a discharge opening of a container, cap part or the like, and includes an upper wall section (6) containing a through opening (9) and a sealing tappet (11) which protrudes from an inner section (10) of the closure and engages with the through opening from beneath the upper wall section. The configuration of the upper wall section (6), at least on the upper surface thereof, can be adapted to the shape of the wall (3) of the container such as to be flush therewith, and furthermore it is formed elastically deformable at at least an actuating portion (6') thereof so that the actuating portion is deformable in elastically concave manner by an external manual force exerted thereon. A conveying member (13) is provided for converting the concave deformation of the actuating area into a relative movement between the sealing tappet (11) and the through opening (9) so as to release the latter whereby the contents of the container can be discharged.

Description

The invention relates to a closure outer wall combination according to the Preamble of claim 1.

Such a closure is by the utility model DE-U-9103598 known. Known (US-A-3323692) furthermore the combination of a cap which can be screwed onto a container opening with a self-closing closure, which is made of an elastic top wall Opening in the bottom wall of the cap bulges out like a dome and when screwed on position the cap on the container opening. Sealing one Passage in a pouring pipe protruding beyond the contour of the top wall takes place on the inside the top wall is elastically deformable on a flat sealing surface trained closure inner part, which lies circumferentially on the top wall part.

The object of the invention is a closure-outer wall combination of the beginning to provide the type mentioned with a simple construction which is favorable in terms of production and assembly, the creation of an outer surface spanning the donation opening allows that practically not in the area of the donation opening through the closure is disturbed.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features in the characterizing part of claim 1 solved. The combination according to the invention then comprises a self-closing closure with a passage opening Upper wall part and one from the underside of the upper wall part into the passage opening engaging sealing pin protruding from an inner part of the closure, which is under the Effect of a force exerted on the top wall part against a prestressing force the sealing engagement with the passage opening can be brought. By holding the Closure inner part at the free end of a locking sleeve with a locking collar, the length of the outer wall protrudes inward from the donation opening, those components of the lock can be used a certain amount of space can be accommodated without changing the configuration the top wall part, e.g. is influenced by bulging or the like. At the same time this facilitates the assembly of the closure on the dispensing opening.

The upper wall part is received flush in the dispensing opening of the outer wall adapted at least on the upper side to the surface contour of the outer wall such that in and around the donation opening a quasi-continuous exterior Surface configuration results, e.g. can be printed with advertising notices, without the print image being disturbed by the closure. The look of the Component having outer wall, e.g. Container, is therefore through the closure practically not changed or affected. Nevertheless, the closure stands out with a high level of ease of use, either by one finger or Thumb of an operator exerted force to open the hand Closure can cause while without such force the top wall part automatically springs back into an essentially smooth outer surface a continuation of the adjacent surface of the outer wall of the Can represent component on which the closure is mounted. The closure therefore affects the external configuration of the component practically not. The by the dent of the Part of the upper wall created under the said force is exploited with simple means to distinguish between the Passage opening in the upper wall part and with it interacting sealing pin to a relative movement generate so that the sealing pin out of engagement with the Passage opening can be brought. A special one preferred, because the manufacturing technology favorable execution of Invention, provides that the sealing pin is pivotally held on the inner part of the closure and the Denting of the top wall part via a simple one Transfer member can be transferred to the sealing pin. In this embodiment, the inner closure part could be the sealing pin is also an integral part of the component be so that only the top wall part is added would. The upper wall part and the inner part of the closure can However, they also represent separate parts that can be added later a donation opening of the component in question is used become.

Although the invention below in connection with the Closing one provided in a container wall Donation opening is described, it is understood that the Invention also for closing other openings or Recesses, e.g. in caps can and therefore not to the application area described is limited.

As shown in Fig. 1, the self-closing one Closure according to the invention in a donation opening (not designated) arranged in the wall 3 of a container 2. The Closure comprises an upper wall part 6 which, as shown, flush on the upper side with the container wall 3 can match and formed on the container 2 Supports 7, 8 supports.

The top wall portion 6 can be any of the outline configurations circumferential configuration adapted to the donation order a flush continuation of the curved container wall 3 create.

A passage opening 9 is in the top wall part 6 at one Place near a radially offset circumferential area provided, in which a sealing pin 11 engages in a sealing manner can. The sealing pin 11 is on an inner closure part 10 molded, and in particular on a resilient Link 12 in the form of e.g. U-shaped Detail of the inner closure part 10, so that Link 12, which at one end of the Sealing pin 11 carries, at its other end with the Inner closure part 10 is connected. The Link 12 can therefore together with the sealing pin 11 from the plane of the inner closure part 10 be pivoted out, it being shown in Fig. 1 Starting position in the plane of the inner closure part 10 due to the natural elasticity of the material springs back if there is no outer on the link 12 Acts force. The external force can come from the thumb or finger an operator may be exercised as shown in Fig. 1A is shown.

The top wall part 6 is structural at least in some areas elastic and / or consists of an elastic Material, e.g. an elastomeric material, which under the Action of an external force to form a Dent gives way, as shown in Fig. 1A at 6 ', below also called the operating range is shown. At the Link 12 is also a path transmission link 13 molded in the shape of a tongue with its free end bears against the underside of the upper wall part 6 or thus in is engaged in another suitable manner so that a Movement of the upper wall part 6 at its actuation area 6 ' to a rectified movement of the link 12 can lead. Due to the elastic property of the Upper wall part 6 on the one hand and the link 12 on the other hand, both parts are shown in FIG. 1 Spring back to the initial position as soon as the Top wall part 1 exerted force is removed. At the then the parts, which have been taken back again, take hold of Sealing pin 11 in the passage opening 9 in the upper wall part 6 to close it. When the force acts however, the sealing pin 11 out of engagement with the Passage opening 9 so that a located in the container Medium along the sealing pin 11 and through the Passage opening 9 can flow outward, as this the arrow in Fig. 1A is indicated.

The upper wall part 6 can, if desired, in total or only be elastic at its actuation area 6 '. Furthermore, according to the invention for mounting the inner closure part 10 on the Container wall 3 a continuous or divided locking sleeve 4th molded with a locking collar 5 at the free end of the Can reach under the inner closure part 10.

Wie dargestellt, ist der Wippenteil 121 an einem die Durchtrittsöffnung 9 untergreifenden Ringelement 123 angelenkt, um die Hebebewegung des Oberwandteils 6 nahe der Durchtrittsöffnung 9 zu steuern.2 and 2A is a second embodiment of the Invention shown in the same or similar parts as the same reference numerals in the first embodiment wear and do not have to be described again. The second embodiment has an inner closure part 100 which carries the sealing pin 11 and is essentially rigid is formed so that the sealing pin 11 is stationary is held. In contrast, it is provided that the top wall part 6 not only deformation under a force exerted thereon at the actuation area 6 'but also in the area of Passage opening 9 experiences to this out of engagement with lift the sealing pin 11. In particular, on Inner closure part 100 is a trestle or support part 120 molded onto which one in contact with the top wall part 6 its actuating area 6 'standing rocker part 121 rests, which is pivoted downward around the support 120 can be if on the top wall part 6 as a result of An operator's fingers or thumb a dent is caused. This movement of the The seesaw part 121 manifests itself in one movement opposite direction at the other end of the rocker section 121, which on the top wall part 6 in the area of Passage opening 9 is transmitted and a convex Deformation of the top wall part 6 at the passage opening 9 causes so that it is moved away from the sealing pin 11, as shown in Fig. 2A. In this position, how indicated by the arrows in Fig. 2A, a medium in Container 2 via one or more in the inner closure part 100 provided openings 122 in the area between Closure inner part and upper wall part and from there through the Flow through opening 9 to the outside. As shown, the rocker part 121 is the through opening 9 engaging ring element 123 articulated to the Lifting movement of the upper wall part 6 near the passage opening 9 to control.

Die Bewegung des Hülsenteils 212 wird durch die Eingriffnahme mit dem Zylinderteil 213 gesteuert.3 and 3A show a third embodiment of the Invention, in the same or similar parts as in the second embodiment shown in Figs. 2 and 2A, the bear the same reference numerals and therefore not again need to be described. 3, 3A differs from that of FIGS. 2, 2A in essentially in that the rocker part 121 at one end a sleeve part 212 is articulated, which in the manner of a Piston-cylinder arrangement in a cylinder part 213 axially is guided, which is concentric on the inner closure part 100 Perforated sealing pin 11 is integrally formed. The Sleeve part 212 engages under the top wall part 6 circumferentially Passage opening 9 similar to the ring element 123 of the second embodiment. One on the seesaw part 121 on one Force exerted at the end of the support 120 therefore causes a Movement of the sleeve part 212 in the opposite direction and thus a convex protuberance of the upper wall part 6 circumferentially of the passage opening 9. The movement of the Sleeve part 212 is obtained by engaging with the Controlled cylinder part 213.

In the position of the upper wall part 6 shown in FIG. 3A close the passage opening 9 can be a medium from the inside of the Container 2 along the arrows through openings 214 in Sealing pin 11 inside the cylinder part 213 and from there through the sleeve part 212 via the passage opening 9 get outside.
