Claims (26)
- Steuer- und Regelverfahren für die Abwasserentsorgung von versiegelten Bodenflächen, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vielzahl individueller Wasserrückhaltesysteme (4,5,8) mit jeweils zugeordneter Meß- und Datenübertragungsstation (9,10) und Datenübertragungsstrecken (12,13,14) für eine Weiterleitung der ermittelten Betriebsdaten eines jeden Wasserrückhaltesystems (4,5,8) an eine Zentrale (11) mit Datenempfangsstation(en) (15) und mit wenigstens einer angeschlossenen Auswertevorrichtung (16).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Wasserrückhaltesystem eine Zisterne (4,5), insbesondere eine Hauszisterne ist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Wasserrückhaltesystem ein Vorfluter (8) ist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Datenübertragungsstrecke (12,14) eine drahtgebundene ist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Datenübertragungsstrecke eine Telefonleitung (14) ist, insbesondere eine ISDN-Leitung.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Datenübertragungsstrecke (13) eine drahtlose ist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Datenübertragungsstrecke eine Zweiwegeübertragung von Daten und/oder Steuerbefehlen zuläßt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für eine Datenübertragung Daten aus einem Speicher der Meßstation (9) auslesbar sind.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Wasserrückhaltesystem eine stellbare Vorrichtung für eine gesteuerte Wasserabgabe in insbesondere ein öffentliches Kanalnetz (1) aufweist, die nach einer Vorgabe Wasser abgibt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorgabe durch eine Programmierung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorgabe durch eine Datenübertragung insbesondere von der Zentrale (11) aus erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine digitale Datenauswertung und/oder eine digitale Datenübertragung.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine EMC-sichere Auslegung der einzelnen Komponenten.
- Stellbare Vorrichtung, zugeordnet einem Wasserrückhaltesystem insbesondere mit einem Retentionsvolumen, für eine gesteuerte Wasserabgabe in insbesondere ein öffentliches Kanalnetz, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Meßstation (9) ein Regenergeignis erkennt und eine Wasserabgabe nur beschränkt zuläßt.
- Stellbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Wasserabgabe insbesondere aus dem Retentionsvolumen unterbrochen wird.
- Stellbare Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellen durch eine Zentrale (11) erfolgt, die Steuerbefehle über eine Datenübertragungsstrecke (12,13,14) an die Vorrichtung weitergibt.
- Stellbare Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Meßstation (10) über einen Meßwertaufnehmer (19) für das Erfassen der in dem Wasserrückhaltesystem (4,5) aufgenommenen Wassermenge aufweist und daß die Meßstation (10) die von dem Meßwertaufnehmer (19) gelieferten Daten zeitlich auswertet.
- Stellbare Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Meßstation (9) eine Datenübertragungsstation (10) für eine Übertragung der Daten insbesondere an eine Zentrale (11) zugeordnet ist.
- Stellbare Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Meßstation (9) ein Speicher für eine Abspeicherung der Daten zugeordnet ist.
- Stellbare Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Speicher ein aufsummierender ist für ein Feststellen einer Gesamtwassermenge.
- Stellbare Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Speicher extern auslesbbar ist.
- Stellbare Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Meßstation (9) nach einem vorgebbaren Zeitintervall nach Erreichen einer vorgebbaren, insbesondere frei programmierbaren, zurückgehaltenen Wassermenge diese auf einen Volumenzuwachs überprüft wird und daß bei einem Volumenzuwachs erneut ein Lauf des Zeitintervalls beginnt.
- Stellbare Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Meßstation (9), stellt sie nach dem Zeitintervall keinen Volumenzuwachs fest, eine Wasserabgabe insbesondere in ein Kanalnetz (1) freigibt.
- Stellbare Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Meßstation (9) das Retentionsvolumen vorgebbar, insbesondere frei programmierbar ist.
- Stellbare Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Programmierungen und/oder Abfragen nach Lösen einer Sperre erfolgen.
- Wasserrückhaltesystem, insbesondere Zisterne, versehen mit einer stellbaren Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche.
