Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a socket part for an electrical Plug connection according to the features of the preamble of the claim 1, and an electrical connector unit.
B. in WO 98/31078 beschrieben. A connector unit with a female part, the one Has switching function, z. As described in WO 98/31078. The local socket part has a center in the socket part sitting contact pin, which when plugging a Plug parts axially pushed away from the plug opening. Of the Contact pin is on its end facing away from the plug side with a spring leg of a contact spring in contact. These Contact spring touches with its contact leg at rest, d. H. if no plug part is attached to the socket is, a mating contact. Is a plug part on the socket part inserted, pushes the contact pin of the socket part the spring leg of the contact spring from the mating contact away, so that the electrical connection between contact spring and counter contact triggers. The virtual bending axis of the Contact spring is perpendicular to the plug-in direction.
Such an arrangement is characterized by a relative complicated construction. In addition, that requires Socket compelling a central contact pin, over the the contact spring is moved. Overall, the socket part a relatively high axial space.
Hier setzt die vorliegende Erfindung an. This is where the present invention begins.
The invention is based on the object, a connector unit specify at which the socket part easy to make is and in particular by a small axial Space designates.
This task is done for the female part by the features of Claim 1 solved.

In the following figures, unless otherwise stated indicated, like reference numerals like parts with the same Importance.
That in Figures 1 to 3 in different views

In dem Gehäuse 12 sitzt ein Isolierteil 14. Dieses Isolierteil
14 ist vorzugsweise klemmend in dem Gehäuse 12 gehalten.
Diese klemmende Halterung wird beispielsweise dadurch erreicht,
dass der untere Gehäuserand etwas verstemmt wird,
nachdem das Isolierteil 14 in das Gehäuse 12 eingeschoben
ist. Zusätzlich weist das Isolierteil 14 eine oder mehrere
Identifikationsnasen 14a auf, damit das Buchsenteil 10 in
seiner Lage eindeutig identifiziert werden kann. Eine solche
Identifizierung ist notwendig, wenn das Buchsenteil 10 als
SMD-Bauelement vollautomatisch in einer Fertigungsstraße auf
eine Platine montiert bzw. gelötet wird.In the
Darstellung abgebildet. Das Kontaktteil 20 ist als
u-förmige Kontaktfeder mit zwei Wandungen 21, 23 versehen,
die einstückig von einer u-förmigen Wandung 22 verbunden
sind. Die Wandungen 21, 23 liegen beabstandet zueinander parallel.
An der in Figur 4 unteren Kante der Wandung 23 erstreckt
sich rechtwinklig eine Anschlußplatte 25 entgegengesetzt
zur Wandung 21 nach außen weg. An diese Anschlußplatte
25 ist beispielsweise der Antennenausgang der Elektronik eines
Mobiltelefones angeschlossen.
Kontaktstift 55. Insgesamt läßt sich über den u-förmigen
Wandabschnitt 22 ein Hin- und Herfedern des Wandabschnitts
21 bewerkstelligen. The structural design of the two sitting in the insulating
Das in Figur 5 ebenfalls in perspektivischer Darstellung abgebildete
zweite Kontaktteil 30 verfügt über eine Anschlußplatte
31, an deren linken und rechten Außenkante beabstandet
zueinander zwei Haltenasen 32, 33 nach oben wegspringen. An
The likewise shown in Figure 5 in perspective
The
Kontaktteils 30 an. Hierbei ist der Einbau der u-förmigen
Kontaktfeder 20 innerhalb des Isolierteils 14 des Buchsenteiles
10 von entscheidender Bedeutung. As already explained, is in the assembled state of the
The
Buchsenteil 10 geeignetes Steckerteil 50 in Schnittdarstellung
(vgl. Figur 6), in Seitenansicht (vgl. Figur 7) und in
perspektivischer Darstellung gezeigt. Das Steckerteil 50, das
im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ein T-förmiges Gehäuse aufweist,
verfügt mittig über einen Kontaktstift 55. Dieser Kontaktstift
55 steht innerhalb des Gehäuses des Steckerteiles
50 fest.
In FIGS. 6 to 8, one is for the one described above
Das rechtwinklig wegstehende Anschlußteil des Steckverbinderteiles
50 verfügt über einen Crimpanschluß 64, der von einer
Hülse 66 umgeben ist. Das der Steckseite abgewandte Ende des
Steckerteils 50 ist von einer Abschlußplatte 52 abgedeckt, an
die eine weitere Federeinrichtung 60 angekoppelt ist.The right angle away connecting part of the
52 herausragt. Diese Stellung ist in Figur 7 illustriert. The connector part shown in Figure 6 in
In this retracted position of the sliding sleeve 52nd

To emphasize in this context is that it is impeccable

In Figure 9 is a connector unit consisting of a
