Description

The invention relates to a socket part for an electrical Plug connection according to the features of the preamble of the claim 1, and an electrical connector unit.

B. in WO 98/31078 beschrieben. A connector unit with a female part, the one Has switching function, z. As described in WO 98/31078. The local socket part has a center in the socket part sitting contact pin, which when plugging a Plug parts axially pushed away from the plug opening. Of the Contact pin is on its end facing away from the plug side with a spring leg of a contact spring in contact. These Contact spring touches with its contact leg at rest, d. H. if no plug part is attached to the socket is, a mating contact. Is a plug part on the socket part inserted, pushes the contact pin of the socket part the spring leg of the contact spring from the mating contact away, so that the electrical connection between contact spring and counter contact triggers. The virtual bending axis of the Contact spring is perpendicular to the plug-in direction.

Such an arrangement is characterized by a relative complicated construction. In addition, that requires Socket compelling a central contact pin, over the the contact spring is moved. Overall, the socket part a relatively high axial space.

Hier setzt die vorliegende Erfindung an. This is where the present invention begins.

The invention is based on the object, a connector unit specify at which the socket part easy to make is and in particular by a small axial Space designates.

This task is done for the female part by the features of Claim 1 solved.

A connector unit with such a female part is the subject of claim 14.

Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Further developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

In the following figures, unless otherwise stated indicated, like reference numerals like parts with the same Importance.

That in Figures 1 to 3 in different views illustrated female part 10 is constructed around a center axis X. and has a cup-shaped housing 12, which on Caseback bent over four at right angles to the outside Housing feet 12b features. On the side facing away from the case back Page, d. H. the plug side, the housing 12 an inwardly angled obliquely housing wall 12a. This housing wall 12a of the housing 12 is funnel-shaped inside and serves as an introduction aid for the related with the figures 6 to 8 yet to be explained plug part. The housing 12 is made of metal and is preferably manufactured as a deep-drawn part.

In the housing 12 sits an insulating part 14. This insulating part 14 is preferably clamped in the housing 12. This clamping holder is achieved, for example, by that the lower edge of the casing is caulked after the insulating member 14 is inserted into the housing 12 is. In addition, the insulating member 14 has one or more Identification lugs 14 a, so that the socket part 10 in its location can be clearly identified. Such Identification is necessary if the socket part 10 as Fully automatic SMD component in a production line a board is mounted or soldered.

The structural design of the two sitting in the insulating part 14 Contact parts 20 and 30 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5 clear. In FIG. 4, the first contact part 20 is in perspective Representation shown. The contact part 20 is as U-shaped contact spring provided with two walls 21, 23, which is integrally connected by a U-shaped wall 22 are. The walls 21, 23 are spaced from each other in parallel. At the lower edge in FIG. 4 of the wall 23 extends at right angles a connection plate 25 opposite to the wall 21 to the outside. To this connection plate 25 is the antenna output of the electronics, for example Mobile phones connected. For this sits the socket part 10 on a board housed in the mobile phone on. From the wall 23 of the U-shaped contact spring 20 extends at the upper edge of a retaining lug 24 away. The another wall 21 of the U-shaped contact spring 20 is at her upper edge with a sloping outward wall 26 integrally connected. This wall 26 serves as an insertion aid and stop for a to be introduced into the socket part 10 Contact pin 55. Overall, over the U-shaped Wall section 22 a spring-and-return of the wall portion 21 accomplish.

The likewise shown in Figure 5 in perspective second contact part 30 has a connection plate 31, spaced at the left and right outer edge to each other two retaining lugs 32, 33 jump upwards. At the left recognizable retaining lug 33 is an L-shaped wall portion 34 integrally formed.

The U-shaped contact spring 20 and the second contact part 30 are in the manner shown in Figures 2 and 3 in the insulating part 14 inserted. The retaining lugs 24, 32 and 33, the each barbed, hold the contact spring 20 and the contact part 30 in the insulating part 14 fixed. I'm not burdening condition, d. H. not in the socket part 10 inserted plug part, consists of the U-shaped Contact spring 20 and the second contact part 30 an electrically conductive connection. This electrically conductive connection is caused by the U-shaped contact spring 20 and the contact part 30 to those in Figures 4 and 5 each contact designated K touch.

As already explained, is in the assembled state of the female part 10, the connection plate 25, for example, with the electronics a mobile phone. The electric conductive connection between the connection plate 25 of the U-shaped Contact spring 20 and the connection plate 31 of the second Contact part 30 is by touching the wall 21 on the wall 34 of the second contact part 30 causes. For this purpose, the wall 21 of the U-shaped contact spring 20 with spring bias on the wall 34 of the second Contact part 30 on. Here is the installation of the u-shaped Contact spring 20 within the insulating part 14 of the female part 10 vital.

The U-shaped contact spring 20 is lying in the insulating part 14 and the housing 12 of the female part 10 installed. reclining means that an imaginary bending axis, the in Figure 3 and Figure 4 is designated B, parallel to the plugging direction lies. If a contact pin in the through hole inserted along the axis X of the socket part 10, This leads to the fact that the freely movable spring leg of the U-shaped contact spring 20, d. H. the wall 21 with the insertion aid 26 pushed away from the opposite wall 23 becomes, so that the touching contact to the wall 34 of the second contact part 30 triggers. In the passage opening the female part 10 inserted contact pin Therefore, there is no more electrically conductive connection between the connection plate 25 and the connection plate 31. Die electrically conductive connection is then rather between the U-shaped contact spring 20 and the contact pin itself. Provided the contact pin is connected to an external antenna is, therefore, the connection plate 25 and thus the Electronics of a mobile phone to an external antenna, the connected to the contact pin connected.

Figur 6), in Seitenansicht (vgl. In FIGS. 6 to 8, one is for the one described above Socket part 10 suitable plug part 50 in sectional view (see Figure 6), in side view (see Figure 7) and in shown in perspective view. The plug part 50, the in the embodiment shown has a T-shaped housing, has a center contact pin 55. This contact pin 55 is inside the housing of the plug part 50 firmly. The contact pin 55 is seated in an insulating sleeve 57th The insulating sleeve 57 is surrounded by a metallic sleeve 53. The contact pin 55 protrudes with its front end the insulating sleeve 57 and the metallic sleeve 53 clearly out. This front end of the contact pin 55 is of a axially along the axis X movably arranged sliding sleeve 52 surrounded against the force of a coil spring 58th is displaceable. The coil spring 58 and the upper end of Sliding sleeve 52 are surrounded by a housing sleeve 51. The Sliding sleeve 52 has a central passage opening 61, in which an electrically non-conductive guide sleeve 59 is seated.

The right angle away connecting part of the connector part 50 has a crimp connection 64, the one of Sleeve 66 is surrounded. The plug side facing away from the Plug parts 50 is covered by a closure plate 52 at the one additional spring device 60 is coupled.

The connector part shown in Figure 6 in sectional view 50 is at rest. This presses the Compression spring 58, which with its upper end to the sleeve 53rd and supported with its lower end on the sliding sleeve 52, the sliding sleeve 52 over the front end of the contact pin 55. The tip of the contact pin 55 sits between the guide sleeve 59 and does not protrude beyond the front end of the sliding sleeve 52 out. If the connector part 50 in a matching socket part, as related to the figures 1 to 3 has been explained, plugged in, pushes the slide sleeve 52 back against the force of the compression spring 58, that the front end of the contact pin 55 from the sliding sleeve 52 stands out. This position is illustrated in FIG.

In this retracted position of the sliding sleeve 52nd touches the front, annular end of the metallic sleeve 53, the inner wall of the metallic sliding sleeve 52, the is seated on the housing of the socket part 10. This is one good ground contact transition from the housing of the socket part 10 to the ground terminal of the connected to the connector part 50 Coaxial cable ensured. The contact point at the Sleeve 53 and on the slide sleeve 52 are in Figure 6 again marked with the reference K.

To emphasize in this context is that it is impeccable Grounding is essential that the front End of the metallic sleeve 53 at least minimally over the front end of the insulating sleeve 57 protrudes.

In Figure 9 is a connector unit consisting of a Socket part according to Figures 1 to 3 and a plug part is formed according to Figures 6 to 8, in the assembled state, shown inside each other. The socket part 10 is for example in SMD technology soldered on one Board 72 of a mobile phone. The socket part 10 is located in a housing opening of a housing wall 70 of the mobile phone. The plug part 50, to the z. B. the external mobile phone antenna a motor vehicle is connected in one Mobile phone holder of the motor vehicle installed. These Bracket has two consecutive walls 80, 82. The wall 82 is fixed while the wall 80 is slightly axially movable. If an operator does that first handset in the mobile phone holder of the vehicle, the spring device 60, compressed in the manner shown in Figure 9 and an electrical connection between external antenna and electronics of the mobile phone. The electric Contact to the mobile phone antenna, so in the mobile phone self-built antenna, is then interrupted.
