Abstract

Es wird ein Signalgeber in LED-Technik vorgestellt, welcher durch Kombination zweier bereits bekannter Bauweisen besondere Vorteile bezüglich Helligkeit, Lichtverteilung und visuellem Erscheinungsbild bietet.A signal generator in LED technology is presented, which offers special advantages in terms of brightness, light distribution and visual appearance by combining two already known designs.

Auf einer Leiterplatte (1) sind LED (2) in Form von kurzen horizontalen Reihen (3) in einem Hexagonalraster angeordnet. Diesen ist eine transparente Kondensorplatte (4), auf welcher untereinander gleiche Kondensoren (5) in Fresnelbauweise lückenlos aneinandergrenzen, im Abstand der Brennweiten (F) vorzugsweise zentrisch vorgesetzt. Hierdurch werden die Lichtbündel (6) im Vertikalschniit des Aufrisses parallel ausgerichtet, in horizontaler Richtung ergibt sich eine Divergenz (D). Ein vorgelagertes Lamellengitter lässt das Nutzlicht in bekannter Weise weitgehend unbehindert durch und absorbiert auf seiner schwarzmatten Oberseite von schräg oben einfallendes Sonnenlicht. Die Optik wird vorne von einer Streuscheibe (8) mit bekannter Anordnung von Streuelementen (8a) zur Erzielung der vorgeschriebenen Lichtverteilung abgeschlossen. Hinten positioniert ein Gehäuse (9) Kondensorplatte (4) und Leiterplatte (1) zueinander. Es weist Durchbrüche (10) auf, durch welche die LED (2) ihr Licht senden.

On a circuit board (1) LED (2) in the form of short horizontal rows (3) are arranged in a hexagonal grid. This is a transparent condenser plate (4), on which mutually identical condenser (5) adjoin each other in a Fresnel construction gap, preferably at the distance of the focal lengths (F) prefixed centric. As a result, the light bundles (6) in the vertical section of the elevation are aligned parallel, in the horizontal direction results in a divergence (D). An upstream lamellar lattice allows the useful light in a known manner largely unhindered and absorbs on its black matte top obliquely from above incident sunlight. The optics are completed at the front by a diffusing screen (8) with a known arrangement of scattering elements (8a) to achieve the prescribed light distribution. At the rear, a housing (9) positions the condenser plate (4) and the printed circuit board (1) in relation to each other. It has openings (10) through which the LED (2) send their light.
