Description

The invention relates to an arrangement for lowering the noise level at flowing process air impinged production machines of the tobacco processing Industry, especially in the control area one by at least two in a production line formed at an angle to each other production machines.

As production machines of the tobacco processing industry are primarily Cigarette making machines and filter attachment machines to understand which Preferably over-corner are assembled at a 90 ° angle to a production line and optionally still packing machines other in the tobacco industry usual Components, such as filter making machines and article handling equipment be added, the latter being a secondary source of noise. In particular, in the aforementioned production line is an operator, which is usually located in the corner zone between two machines, especially exposed to machine noise. Previous noise protection measures can not prevent working noise generated by mechanical components as well as flow caused by process air flow noise, in particular Intake noise, in the residence area of the operating staff penetrate to the outside, since a hermetic completion of the machine is not possible.

The invention is based on the object, further, more effective soundproofing measures hold true.

This object is solved by the features of claim 1.
Sound-absorbing line sections are concentrated according to a preferred development on the bottom area of the production machines.
According to an advantageous development, the damping measures in the ground area can be supported particularly effectively by the fact that a sound-absorbing ground covering is included among the production machines in the sound-absorbing line sections.
In order to optimize the soundproofing measures, it is further proposed that subordinate airflow gaps between movable or rigid machine or wall sections are designed as silencers.
According to advantageous developments, the flow noise is additionally suppressed by the fact that the sound damping of the air flow column an outer lining of the production machines forming damping mats are included.
As an additional noise-reducing measures is further proposed that sound-damped air outlet openings are provided at the top of the production machines, so that the noise emission is remote from the immediate operating area.

The advantage achieved by the invention is that in machines whose noise level particularly characterized by a relatively large process air throughput is like stranding machines and filter attachment machines with conveying air, holding air and Steuerblasluft whose flow noise at the points of their strongest expression and effect on the operating area, namely in the border zone between Environment and machine interior absorbed and thus for the operating personnel be made harmless.

The invention will now be described with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings explained in more detail.

The distributor 1 illustrated in FIG. 1 is an aggregate of the cigarette rod making machine 2 according to FIG. 3 with a high throughput of flowing process air for the purpose of supplying and screening tobacco and constructing a tobacco rod from a tobacco stream. Here, the tobacco is discharged via a pneumatic lock system 3 in portions in a reservoir 4 of the distributor 1, transferred via a rake roller 6 in a buffer 7, transported upwards by a pickup conveyor 8 occupied with carriers and discharged into a storage shaft 9, the filling level is kept substantially constant ,
A removal roller 11 continuously removes tobacco from the storage shaft 9 and returns it in cooperation with a racket roller 12 in a chute 13 from.
At the lower outlet of the chute 13 of the tobacco is separated by a means of blowing air generated transverse air stream view into heavier and lighter tobacco fibers, the latter of a concave guide surface 16 and the former down via a rotary valve 17 into a sight shaft 18, from which by again Sifting heavy ribs discharged down and lighter tobacco fibers due to the injector effect of a jet nozzle produced by another air jet 19 transported upward and combined with the remaining Tabakfasem on the guide surface 16 and to a width of the manifold 1 (perpendicular to the plane) extending tobacco stream can be constructed, which is supported and accelerated by additional blowing air from a further emerging on the guide surface 16 nozzle assembly 21.

In this way, the tobacco stream becomes upwardly perpendicular to the plane of the drawing moved Saugstrangförderer 25, on which using flowing suction air tobacco rod is constructed, which in the further course of the Cigarette strand machine 2 wrapped and processed into single cigarettes.

The high air flow rate caused by the numerous pneumatic conveying aids produces, in addition to the mechanical driving noises of the machine, an increased noise level which escapes outwardly through unavoidable panel gaps of the machine.
In the manner of the invention, the outer, the operating area or the floor area facing acting as reflecting surfaces Maschinenwände-, flaps, doors, hoods or cars are largely provided with sound-absorbing material in the form of damping mats 22, which in the outer machine walls as a form neutral, For example, according to Figure 7 are designed as frusto-conical damping elements 23 which are connected by a central screw 24 in an easily replaceable manner with the differently sized panels of the machine.
The attenuation elements 23 facing the control room with their sound-damping structure are covered on all absorption surfaces according to FIG. 7 with sound-permeable panel sheets 26 pierced in a sieve-like manner.

The damping mats 22 on the machine floor are designed so that they limit a sufficiently large sized air inlet opening 27 and act as a muffler 28 to the incoming air 29. In this way, the process air is concentrated for the most part fed to the machine floor rather than gaps in the front or rear machine panel.
In the Filteransetzmaschine 29 shown in Figure 2, which is also operated with a high air flow rate for holding rod-shaped tobacco articles in the wells of conveyor drums 31 and for testing and discarding articles are formed in the same way damping mats 22 on the front and rear machine panel and attached to the machine floor in the form of a muffler 28 for a central air inlet opening 27.
In addition, the floor is occupied at least in the area of the stationary strip in front of the machine to below the machine floor with a damping mat 22.

In the cigarette rod maker 2 and filter attachment machine 30 with switchgear cabinet 32 set up in accordance with FIG. 3 in a closed right angle to a production line 35, the damping mat 22 is designed to cover the entire footprint of the production line 35 according to FIG. As a floor mat, the damping mat 22 consists of individual damping tiles 33 which are formed according to Figure 5 as a tile boxes 34, the grid-like arranged support posts 36 and are equipped with damping material in the form of precisely inserted damping mats 22. As a footing the tile boxes 34 are provided with a bolted to the support posts 36 grate support 37.
According to the layout plan of the production line 31 load-specific conditions are inserted into the grating rests 37 as shown in FIG 4, for example, in places with stronger particle accumulation in the form of easy-to-clean closed plates 38 or under the machine stands in the form of reinforced support plates 39.
As a further noise protection measure, according to FIG. 2, the remaining gaps 41 on the machines 2 and 30 are largely soundproofed.
The sucked in by a fan 42 air is passed within the machine through sound-damped flow channels 43, 44, 46 and discharged via an upper-side air outlet 47, which also supports the sound attenuation.
In the alternative embodiments of the damping elements shown in Figures 9 to 16 are parts corresponding to those of the arrangements described above provided with increased by one hundred reference numerals.

In the carriage 148 shown in Figures 9 and 10 on the outside of the machine the damping mats 122 are laterally and downwardly between inner

In the alternative tile box 134 shown in FIGS. 15 and 16 of a damping tile 133 covering the floor, the grid support 137 is provided with elevations 164 in a certain grid or in the arrangement grid of the support columns 136, which prevent tobacco fibers lying on the grid support layer 137 from penetrating into the Damping mat 122 are entered and beyond can be easily removed by sweeping.
In addition, the damping tiles 133 are provided laterally and bottom side with inserted structure-borne sound transmission between the damping tiles and to the bottom preventing buffers 166.

As a last embodiment, a ground grating pad 233 is a grate pad 237 with rounded edges 267 and one between one on the Damping mat 222 resting close-meshed sieve and the grating support 237 inserted sound-transparent film 269 is provided, which the passage of Prevents fine particles in the damping material.
