Abstract

The fingernail ring of the present invention can be easily used like a ring by wearing or drawing when necessary, and can be popularized as an artificial fingernail with meeting the women's desire and providing a decorative effect on the fingernail.

Description

FINGERNAIL RING HAVING ARTIFICIAL FINGERNAIL FUNCTION
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a fingernail ring having artificial fingernail function and, more specifically, it pertains to rings which are worn on the finger and functions as an artificial fingernail as well as produce a decorative sense on the fingernail.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Generally, women use various accessories which are worn on or attached to the body and, accordingly, a wide variety of accessories are developed and supplied in accordance with the fashion.
In particular, as to the fingernails, many women are highly concerned about their fingernails, for instance, with adorning their fingernails by carving a pattern, attaching a print or sticking artificial fingernails thereon.
However, the existing fingernail accessories are not suitable as usual accessories and thus have been used limitedly just for a special event because of the troublesome attaching and separating processes. Accordingly, they have not yet been popularized mainly due to the troublesomeness during their use.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Accordingly, it is a primary object of the present invention to provide fingernail ring having artificial fingernail function such as rings which are worn on the finger and used to produce a decorative sense on the fingernail. In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a fingernail ring having artificial fingernail function which comprises an artificial fingernail part in the front, a finger decorative part having a decorative shape, which is formed by elongating the artificial fingernail part and turns round the finger, and a cyclic ring attached under the artificial fingernail part, which is intended to encircle the finger.
The fingernail ring of the present invention can be popularized as an artificial fingernail with providing a decorative function.

Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a further embodiment of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The embodiment of the present invention will be illustrated in more detail in connection with the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of one embodiment of the present invention, wherein a fingernail- haped artificial fingernail part(l) is formed in the front, a finger decorative part (3) having a decorative shape, is formed by elongating the artificial fingernail part(l) and turns round the finger as a band in a spiral shape to form a wear hole(4), and a cyclic ring(2), which is intended to encircle the finger, is attached under the artificial fingernail part(l).
The finger decorative part (3) may be engraved with various patterns to make it more fashionable. The cyclic ring (2) may be formed in a number of more than one, preferably, 1 to 3. The fingernail ring of the present invention can be made of any material from which rings are conventionally made, including ornamental metals such as gold, silver and copper, synthetic resins and ceramics.
The size of the fingernail ring having artificial fingernail function of the present invention can vary so as to accommodate standard sizes of fingers for each of the fingers of both hands. As with other rings, the present invention can be incorporated into numerous sizes to accommodate different sizes of fingers of both men and women. Fig. 2 is a top plan view illustrating the wear of the fingernail ring of the present invention on the fingernail. As shown in Fig. 2, when a finger(5) is sequentially put into the wear hole(4) formed by the finger decorative part (3) and, then, into the cyclic ring(2) formed under the artificial fingernail part(l ), the fingernail ring can be fixed on the finger in front and rear without movement. Further, the artificial fingernail part(l) covers the fingernail to present a decorative sense on the finger and fingernail, and increase the function of the artificial fingernail. Moreover, the fingernail ring of the present invention can be easily used like a ring by putting or drawing when necessary.
Figs. 3A and 3B are perspective views of another embodiments of the present invention, wherein the finger decorative part (3) in the rear is modified in various shapes and forms to present another decorative sense of the fingernail accessory. The shape and form expressed on the finger decorative part(3) is not limited to those illustrated on the drawings, but can be made in various shape and form to increase the range of customer's selection and to meet the customer' s desire.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a further embodiment of the present invention, wherein the artificial fingernail part(l) is made in the form of a fingernail and one or two cyclic rings(2) are formed to encircle the finger. Further, various patterns(la ) are inscribed or engraved in intaglio to present a decorative sense.
As described above, the fingernail ring having artificial fingernail function of the present invention can be easily used like a ring by putting or drawing when necessary, and can be popularized as an artificial fingernail with meeting the women ' s desire and providing a decorative effect on the fingernail.
While the invention has been described with respect to the above specific embodiments, it should be recognized that various modifications and changes may be made to the invention by those skilled in the art which also fall within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims

What is claimed is:
1. A fingernail ring having artificial fingernail function which comprises: an artificial fingernail part in the front; a finger decorative part having a decorative shape, which is formed by elongating the artificial fingernail part and turns round the finger; and a cyclic ring attached under the artificial fingernail part, which is intended to encircle the finger.
2. The fingernail ring of claim 1, wherein the finger decorative part forms a wear hole with turning round the finger in a spiral form.
3. The fingernail ring of claim 1, wherein the cyclic ring is formed in a number ranging from 1 to 3.
4. A fingernail ring having artificial fingernail function which comprises an artificial fingernail part and a cyclic ring attached under the artificial fingernail part, which is intended to encircle the finger.
