Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur visuellen und maschinellen Echtheitsüberprüfung von Wert- und Sicherheitsdokumenten in Form eines Prüfgeräts, wobei die Sicherheitsdokumente mit elektrolumineszierenden Substanzen versehene Sicherheitsmerkmale aufweisen. Das Prüfgerät umfasst eine Elektrodenanordnung, die ein elektromagnetisches Wechselfeld erzeugt, welches das Wert- und Sicherheitserzeugnis mindestens an den Stellen durchsetzt, an denen die El-aktiven Sicherheitsmerkmale angeordnet sind. Die Elektrodenanordnung kann dabei aus zwei sich gegenüberliegenden flächigen Elektroden, aus planar nebeneinander angeordneten Elektroden oder jeweils einer im Dokument und am Prüfgerät angeordneten flächigen Elektrode bestehen.

The invention relates to an arrangement for the visual and mechanical authenticity check of value and security documents in the form of a test device, the security documents having security features provided with electroluminescent substances. The test device comprises an electrode arrangement which generates an alternating electromagnetic field which penetrates the value and security product at least at the points at which the El-active security features are arranged. The electrode arrangement can consist of two opposite flat electrodes, of planar electrodes arranged next to one another or in each case one flat electrode arranged in the document and on the testing device.
