Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing Fresh concrete, a heating device, a storage device and a fresh concrete mixing plant according to the generic terms of independent claims.
- At outside temperatures below 0 ° C, the mix can clump due to the water contained in it and ultimately frozen, so that it is no longer free-flowing and transport mechanisms are disrupted.
- If very cold base materials are used in the production of concrete, the concrete produced will accordingly be very cold. This has the disadvantage that the processing or setting of the concrete may be impossible or at least may take a very long time.
Um die obigen Nachteile zu beheben, sind bisher verschiedene Techniken in Benutzung:To overcome the above drawbacks, there have been several Techniques in use:
Wasser macht damit ca. 5 % des Gewichts aus, so daß der Wärmeeintrag nicht ausreicht).Warm water can be added to raise the temperature of the fresh concrete. However, the effect is small. Due to various effects, the water cannot be heated above 80 ° C. Since the mass fraction is significantly lower than that of the cold components, the addition of warm water leads to insufficient temperature increases (numerical example: 1 m 3 concrete requires about 2 t of aggregate (very cold), approx. 350 kg cement (very cold) and 100 to 150 l of water (80 ° C. Water thus makes up about 5% of the weight, so that the heat input is insufficient).
The already mixed concrete or the not yet mixed Mixed goods can be heated by introducing water vapor become. For example, steam lances can be found in the materials are introduced, via which water vapor is fed becomes. This can cause a certain amount of preheating Materials can be achieved, but connected with the Disadvantage that significant amounts of water in the mix be introduced. This is particularly important Disadvantage when dry concretes have to be produced, such as is common in the precast concrete industry are. Especially when introducing water vapor into A significant amount of moisture remains on the surface of the sand Grains of sand stick, which can lead to the aggregates already added too much water to a mixture becomes. In addition, this method has the disadvantage that when turning off the system, for example Night, freeze this additional water at the beginning of the next day Even exacerbate the problem. Finally, there is also the energy input Quantitatively insufficient over water vapor.
Hot air can also be added to the additives. Powerful fans are required here. The investment costs are expensive and the energy input is unsatisfactory.
The heating of the mixing trough in which the individual components (e.g. cement, aggregates, water) be mixed. In a way, this can Problem of too cold fresh concrete to be caught. There however the problem of clumped and therefore no longer free-flowing mixes are not resolved to this extent additional facilities necessary.
The object of the invention is a method for the production of fresh concrete, a device for heating a mix especially for concrete, a storage device for a mix and a concrete mixing plant, with which maintain the flowability of the individual mixes and a sufficiently high temperature of the fresh concrete can be adjusted.
This task is accomplished with the features of the independent claims solved. Dependent claims are on preferred Embodiments of the invention directed.
According to the invention, a heated medium is preferably by means of a line through the material to be heated. The material to be heated can be one of the mixes for the production of fresh concrete, in particular an aggregate such as sand, gravel, grit, lime chippings or the like.
The heat transfer between the heated medium and the one to be heated Material can use infrared radiation and / or by means of body-bound heat conduction. In particular, components can (usually for Hall heaters) can be used. For example, the burner and / or that Heating tube of a dark radiator can be used.
The mixed material is preferably heated spatially in an area that is the removal area of the mix obvious to the camp. Generally temperatures can exceed 100 ° C can be used in the material to be heated Evaporation of the residual water contained in it, so that about the water vapor generated within the material Heat transfer takes place. The one used for heating Medium can be at least 200 ° C hot temperatures of over 350 ° C can also be used become. The heated medium can be the exhaust gas from a burner (Dark emitter principle) or a heated oil.
A device for storing mixed material in particular for concrete has a storage area for storing the mix, a removal area for removing the mix from the Storage area and a heating device as described above.
The heating device can in particular near the Removal area, in particular at least partially vertically be placed over it. The heater can be movable so that it can either be from a storage device in another or within a storage device can be transported. This can a moving device can be provided.
A concrete mixing plant has several storage devices for mixed goods and a mixing plant, the mixed goods mixes several storage devices, at least a storage device constructed as described above is.
As already mentioned, the heated medium can be the exhaust gas of one Be Brenners. The burner can range from Mixing plant. The one remaining in the heated medium Residual heat (after passing through the line) can be in a heat exchanger be used, especially for heating the Mixing water for fresh concrete.

aufweisen, eine Eingabeeinrichtung (Maus, Tastatur) 35b
und eine Anzeigeeinrichtung 35c. Durch die Steuerung bzw.
Regelung 35 werden Verfahren zur Steuerung bzw. Regelung
der Temperatur des Mischguts implementiert. Beispielsweise
A control or regulation 36 can be provided.

Innerhalb einer Bevorratungsvorrichtung 13 können mehrere
Leitungen 30 im funktionalen Sinne, gegebenenfalls auch
physisch, parallel durch das erwärmte Medium führen. Die
Leitung 30 kann verschiedene Geometrien haben. Sie kann
auch mehrfach abgewinkelt und insbesondere mäandernd verlaufen.Several can be located within one
bzw. über dem Entnahmebereich 12 liegen. Sie kann ihn auch
zumindest bereichsweise beabstandet umfangen. Ein mehr oder
minder vertikal verlaufender Teil 30a der Leitung 30 kann
über dem Entnahmebereich 12 liegen.The

In principle, an embodiment is also possible in which

Damit kann dessen Wärme beispielsweise zur Erwärmung des Anmischwassers wiedergewonnen werden.40 schematically shows a further heat exchanger which is used in the Mixed material can be provided. He can be in the area "dead material" (material that does not run off can), which was also warmed, and surrounded by it his. This can be used for heating, for example of the mixing water can be recovered.
In principle, the heating device can also be movable

vorzunehmen. It can be used for heating or in the
Siloabteilungen vorzusehen. The invention was arranged in connection with a star Concrete mixing plant described. The invention is equally applicable to other concrete mixing plants, for example in systems with row silos or with silos with similar problems can. The heater would then be in the individual To provide silos or silo departments.
The invention can be used generally when grain sizes should be removed from storage. For example, it can also be used in asphalt production plants, in plants for the production of sand-lime bricks or Gas concrete blocks are applied.
