Abstract
Schaltungsanordnung (100) zur Verstärkung von phasen und amplitudenmodulierten HF-Signalen, insbesondere Sendeteil eines Mobilfunk-Endgerätes, mit einer nichtlinearen Leistungsverstärkerstufe (103) und Regelungsmitteln zur Linearisierung der Übertragungskennlinie, wobei die Regelungsmittel eine Amplitudenregelschleife (125, 129, 141) und eine von dieser im wesentlichen getrennte Phasenregelschleife (117, 119, 121, 123, 137, 139) mit einem einstellbaren Phasenschieber (115) umfassen. Circuit arrangement (100) for amplifying phase and amplitude-modulated RF signals, in particular transmitting part of a mobile radio terminal, with a non-linear power amplifier stage (103) and control means for linearizing the transmission characteristic, the control means comprising an amplitude control loop (125, 129, 141) and one of this comprises essentially separate phase locked loops (117, 119, 121, 123, 137, 139) with an adjustable phase shifter (115).
