Abstract

Schaltungsanordnung (100) zur Verstärkung von phasen und amplitudenmodulierten HF-Signalen, insbesondere Sendeteil eines Mobilfunk-Endgerätes, mit einer nichtlinearen Leistungsverstärkerstufe (103) und Regelungsmitteln zur Linearisierung der Übertragungskennlinie, wobei die Regelungsmittel eine Amplitudenregelschleife (125, 129, 141) und eine von dieser im wesentlichen getrennte Phasenregelschleife (117, 119, 121, 123, 137, 139) mit einem einstellbaren Phasenschieber (115) umfassen.
