Claims (10)
- Véhicule automobile (V), équipé d'une serrure (4) fixée dans une portière latérale (P) et d'une gâche (6) en vis-à-vis fixée sur la caisse du véhicule, caractérisé par le fait que ladite serrure (4) est fixée à la partie inférieure (3) de la portière (P) et ladite gâche (6) est fixée à la partie inférieure de la caisse, sensiblement au niveau du plancher du véhicule, et par le fait qu'une deuxième gâche (16) est fixée à la partie supérieure (10) de la portière en vis-à-vis d'un mécanisme de fermeture (14) à commande d'ouverture électrique, fixé à la partie supérieure (13) de la caisse, sensiblement au niveau du pavillon du véhicule.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une unité centrale de commande apte à envoyer un signal de commande d'ouverture audit mécanisme de fermeture (14), en réponse à un signal de demande d'ouverture.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des contacteurs d'ouverture associés à des poignées ou palettes intérieure et extérieure de la portière, pour engendrer ledit signal de demande d'ouverture en réponse à l'actionnement par l'utilisateur de la poignée ou palette intérieure ou extérieure.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens de condamnation et de décondamnation de la serrure (4), et l'unité centrale est destinée à n'engendrer ledit signal de commande d'ouverture qu'après avoir détecté l'état décondamné de la serrure ou reçu un ordre de décondamnation.
- Véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la serrure (4) à la partie inférieure (3) de la portière (P) comporte un pêne à deux crans de fermeture, alors que le mécanisme de fermeture à la partie supérieure (13) de la caisse est constitué d'une serrure (14) ayant un pêne à un seul cran de fermeture.
- Véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que ladite portière latérale (P) est articulée par l'un (1) de ses bords verticaux à la caisse du véhicule (V) et adjacente, par son bord libre vertical opposé (5), à une autre portière latérale, sans montant vertical de séparation intermédiaire, la serrure (4) en partie inférieure et la deuxième gâche (16) étant fixées au voisinage dudit bord libre vertical (5) de la portière articulée.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que ladite autre portière latérale adjacente est une portière coulissante dans la direction longitudinale du véhicule, et le mécanisme de fermeture (14) à la partie supérieure (13) de la caisse comporte un moyen mécanique d'ouverture de secours qui est accessible à l'utilisateur en position d'ouverture de la portière coulissante.
- Véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième gâche (16) précitée est fixée à la partie supérieure (12) d'un encadrement (10) de la vitre (11) de la portière latérale (P).
- Véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième gâche (19) fait saillie sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan moyen de ladite portière latérale (P).
- Véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que la première gâche (9) fait saillie sensiblement perpendiculairement au plancher du véhicule (V) et dans une direction transversale.
