Abstract

Verfahren zur Positionsbestimmung eines Preßstempels bezüglich einer Matrize in einer Pulverpresse mit folgenden Schritten:

  • in einem Rechner wird ein Referenzmaß gespeichert, das einem vorgegebenen relativ geringen Abstand des Preßstempels zur Oberkante oder Unterkante der Matrize entspricht,
  • im Rechner wird ein Referenzoffset gespeichert, der dadurch ermittelt wird, daß die Impulse eines vom Preßstempel betätigten inkrementalen Wegaufnehmers beim Hochfahren des Preßstempels vom Referenzmaß bis zu einem Indeximpuls gezählt werden,
  • oberhalb des Referenzoffset wird die Position des Preßstempels mit Hilfe eines absoluten Wegaufnehmers gemessen, der den Weg des Verstellkolbens für den Preßstempel ermittelt und dessen Meßwerte in den Rechner gegeben werden und
  • sobald die Istposition des Preßstempels gleich oder kleiner ist als das Summenmaß von Referenzoffset und Referenzmaß, werden die Impulse des inkrementalen Wegaufnehmers zur Positionierung in den Rechner gegeben.

Method for determining the position of a press ram with respect to a die in a powder press with the following steps:
  • a reference measurement is stored in a computer, which corresponds to a predetermined, relatively small distance of the press die from the upper or lower edge of the die,
  • a reference offset is stored in the computer, which is determined by counting the pulses of an incremental displacement sensor actuated by the press ram from the reference dimension to an index pulse when the press ram is raised,
  • Above the reference offset, the position of the press ram is measured with the aid of an absolute displacement sensor, which determines the path of the adjusting piston for the press ram and the measured values of which are fed into the computer and
  • As soon as the actual position of the press ram is equal to or less than the sum of the reference offset and reference dimension, the impulses of the incremental displacement sensor are put into the computer for positioning.
