Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine diffusionskontrollierende Sensorschicht zur Erfassung der biologischen Wirkung von Substanzen, bestehend aus einer diffusionskontrollierenden Matrix und darin suspendierten Sensoren. Die Erfindung besteht weiterhin in einem Verfahren und einer Vorrichtung zur ortsabhängigen Erfassung der biologischen Wirkung von Substanzen mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Sensorschicht (

Eine weitere Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens betrifft die Kopplung von Untersuchungen der biologischen Wirksamkeit von Substanzen mit chromatographischen und elektrophoretischen Trenntechniken, so dass biologisch aktive Einzelsubstanzen direkt in Gemischen identifiziert werden können. Eine zusätzliche Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens beinhaltet die unmittelbare Kombination der Wirkungsdetektion über Sensorschichten mit chromatographischen und elektrophoretischen Trenntechniken, die ihrerseits mit spektroskopischen Techniken gekoppelt sind. Diese enge Kopplung aus Stofftrennung, Wirkungsdetektion und Spektroskopie liefert direkt Strukturergebnisse zu den biologisch aktiven Substanzen eines Stoffgemischs.
