Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine diffusionskontrollierende Sensorschicht zur Erfassung der biologischen Wirkung von Substanzen, bestehend aus einer diffusionskontrollierenden Matrix und darin suspendierten Sensoren. Die Erfindung besteht weiterhin in einem Verfahren und einer Vorrichtung zur ortsabhängigen Erfassung der biologischen Wirkung von Substanzen mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Sensorschicht (Abbildung" der örtlichen Verteilung von biologischer Aktivität). Eine weitere Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens betrifft die Kopplung von Untersuchungen der biologischen Wirksamkeit von Substanzen mit chromatographischen und elektrophoretischen Trenntechniken, so dass biologisch aktive Einzelsubstanzen direkt in Gemischen identifiziert werden können. Eine zusätzliche Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens beinhaltet die unmittelbare Kombination der Wirkungsdetektion über Sensorschichten mit chromatographischen und elektrophoretischen Trenntechniken, die ihrerseits mit spektroskopischen Techniken gekoppelt sind. Diese enge Kopplung aus Stofftrennung, Wirkungsdetektion und Spektroskopie liefert direkt Strukturergebnisse zu den biologisch aktiven Substanzen eines Stoffgemischs. The invention relates to a diffusion-controlling sensor layer for detecting the biological effect of substances, consisting of a diffusion-controlling matrix and sensors suspended therein. The invention further consists in a method and a device for the location-dependent detection of the biological effect of substances by means of the sensor layer according to the invention ( Figure "of the local distribution of biological activity). A further embodiment of the method according to the invention relates to the coupling of studies of the biological effectiveness of substances with chromatographic and electrophoretic separation techniques, so that biologically active individual substances can be identified directly in mixtures. An additional embodiment of the method according to the invention includes the direct combination of effect detection via sensor layers with chromatographic and electrophoretic separation techniques, which in turn are coupled with spectroscopic techniques.This close coupling of material separation, effect detection and spectroscopy provides structural results directly for the biologically active substances of a substance mixture.
