Description
- la demande de brevet FR 2739 656 publiée le 11 Avril 1997 et intitulé "dispositif d'actionnement d'une fermeture à enroulement", qui comporte un axe fixe sur lequel est monté au moins une bobine pourvue d'au moins un ressort à spirale, l'extrémité intérieure du ressort étant solidaire de l'axe fixe et son extrémité extérieure étant solidaire de la bobine, celle-ci étant elle-même couplée à l'extrémité supérieure du tablier réalisant ladite fermeture à enroulement : d'une manière connue, et tel que repris dans ce brevet, le dispositif de sécurité pour arrêter la chute du tablier en cas de rupture du ressort est tel qu'il permet de coupler la bobine à l'axe fixe après un déplacement angulaire de cette bobine par rapport au dispositif de verrouillage, ce déplacement étant contrôlé par un élément de rappel monté entre la bobine et ce dispositif de verrouillage ; pour cela, un flasque d'enroulement solidaire de la partie supérieure dudit tablier est couplé à la bobine, enfermant et entraínée par ledit ressort à spirale grâce à un doigt solidaire de ladite bobine et traversant ledit flasque pour venir déplacer un élément mobile entre une position d'attente en fonctionnement normal et une position de blocage avec une roue crantée solidaire de l'axe fixe, ledit doigt restant toujours engagé dans ledit dispositif mobile ;
- la demande de brevet FR 2756 319 publiée le 29 Mai 1998 et intitulé "dispositif antichute pour fermeture à effacement vertical" par enroulement, et qui comprend comme dans la demande précédente, un tablier apte à être enroulé autour d'au moins une bobine montée mobile en rotation sur un arbre fixe, et chaque bobine mobile étant reliée à l'arbre fixe par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort de compensation associé à un dispositif antichute : celui-ci comporte un élément de blocage monté mobile sur la bobine et maintenu en position d'attente par la force de rappel exercée sur celui-ci par le ressort de compensation, et un organe statique de type roue crantée solidaire de l'arbre fixe ; les crans de cette roue sont aptes à former butée audit élément de blocage quand celui-ci est basculé, lorsque la force de rappel du ressort de compensation est annulée, par exemple par la rupture de celui-ci.
- d'une part relever complètement celui-ci, sans avoir à intervenir sur le système d'enroulement proprement dit, et donc accéder et utiliser son local en attendant les techniciens de dépannage et,
- d'autre part rabaisser manuellement ledit tablier pour mettre son local en sécurité si lesdits techniciens ne peuvent intervenir dans un délai raisonnable afin d'éviter à l'usager de rester en surveillance en les attendant.
- de disposer l'ensemble du dispositif de sécurité à l'extérieur du système d'enroulement et de compensation du tablier de fermeture, ce qui permet une intervention plus facile ;
- de remonter ou de descendre complètement ledit tablier de fermeture et de le sécuriser dans cette position en supprimant alors tout effort de rotation sur le système d'enroulement, ce qui simplifie l'intervention des techniciens de dépannage ;
- dans le cas d'un dispositif à compensation par ressort à lame, d'éviter que celui-ci, quand il se casse, vienne bloquer le système de sécurité, ce qui peut se produire quand celui-ci est directement lié audit ressort de compensation ou à la boíte qui enferme celui-ci : en effet, en cas de rupture, le ressort à lame se détend brusquement et s'ouvre au maximum en se plaquant contre la paroi extérieure de la boíte qui le renferme, en risquant d'empêcher tout mouvement de rotation relatif de celle-ci par rapport à d'autre organe, tel que justement de sécurité.
- une position d'attente représentée sur la figure 2, par appui de son extrémité contre une butée 13 solidaire d'un deuxième flasque 32 mobile en rotation par rapport au premier flasque 71 constituant en fait dans le mode de réalisation décrit une paroi latérale de la boíte à ressort 7 assurant le déplacement vertical de la fermeture, et intermédiaire avec le moyen de compensation 6 auquel le deuxième flasque 32 est relié,
- et au moins une position de blocage telle que représentée sur la figure 4 par appui de son extrémité dans un desdits crans 23 de la roue crantée 2, ledit basculement du doigt 11 étant assuré par un dispositif élastique de rappel 4 quand la butée 13 est effacée, ce qui se produit quand le ressort de compensation 6 n'est plus apte à assurer sa fonction relâchant alors sa poussée sur le deuxième flasque 32 intermédiaire tel que décrit ci-après.
Claims (8)
- Dispositif antichute pour fermeture à déplacement vertical comportant un arbre fixe (8), au moins un premier flasque (71) tournant par rapport à cet arbre (8) et dont la rotation assure le déplacement vertical de la fermeture, et un moyen de compensation (6) du poids de la fermeture par action sur ledit premier flasque (71), lequel dispositif antichute comprend une roue crantée (2) solidaire de l'arbre (8) et un verrou basculant (1) entraíné en rotation par ledit premier flasque (71) et apte à coopérer avec au moins un cran (23) de ladite roue crantée (2) et à bloquer la rotation du premier flasque (71) pour éviter la descente de ladite fermeture, caractérisé en ce que ledit verrou basculant (1) comporte un doigt dont au moins un bord latéral (11) de l'extrémité est biseauté suivant un plan sécant avec le cylindre enveloppe de ladite roue crantée (2), lequel doigt est monté mobile latéralement par rapport à celle-ci suivant une course lui permettant au moins d'échapper audit cran (23).
- Dispositif antichute suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la roue crantée (2) comprend au moins deux couronnes dont la première comporte lesdits crans (23) de blocage en rotation de la fermeture et la deuxième, placée latéralement par rapport à la première dans le sens du déplacement latéral du doigt (11), comporte au moins une came (22) dont la face (241) contre laquelle peut venir s'appuyer le bord latéral (11) en biseau de l'extrémité du doigt (11) est apte à faire échapper celui-ci complètement de la roue crantée (2) dans le sens de la remontée de la fermeture, et dont l'autre face (242) est apte à prendre en appui l'extrémité de ce doigt (11) et est profilée suivant une pente ramenant ladite extrémité (11) en face d'un cran (23) de blocage dans le sens de la descente de la fermeture, la distance entre deux positions de cames (22) successives étant au moins égale à celle séparant deux crans (23).
- Dispositif antichute suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit verrou (1) comporte une articulation autour d'un axe support (10), laquelle articulation comprend un premier orifice venant buter contre un épaulement (17) dudit axe, et un deuxième orifice (15) oblong situé du même côté que le bord latéral (11) biseauté du doigt de blocage et apte à permettre ledit déplacement latéral de celui-ci pour échapper au moins audit cran (23) par pivotement du verrou autour du premier orifice et perpendiculairement à l'axe support (10).
- Dispositif antichute suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit doigt (11) est monté basculant entre une position d'attente par appui de son extrémité contre une butée (13) solidaire d'un deuxième flasque (32) mobile en rotation par rapport audit premier flasque (71), assurant le déplacement vertical de la fermeture, et intermédiaire avec le moyen de compensation (6) auquel le flasque (32) est relié, et au moins une position de blocage par appui de son extrémité dans un desdits crans (23) de la roue crantée (2), ledit basculement du doigt (11) étant assuré par un dispositif élastique de rappel (4), quand la butée (13) est effacée.
- Dispositif antichute suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux flasques tournants (71,32) sont accouplés par des moyens de liaison (20) d'une part autorisant un décalage angulaire entre eux apte à effacer la butée (13) de l'extrémité du verrou (1) basculant, et d'autre part assurant leur entraínement réciproque de l'un par l'autre.
- Dispositif antichute suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les deux dits flasques tournants (71, 32) sont reliés par un moyen élastique (5) de rappel tendant à s'opposer au mouvement d'entraínement du moyen de compensation (6) sur le deuxième flasque (32) intermédiaire, et apte à faire tourner lesdits flasques l'un par rapport à l'autre pour effacer ladite butée (13) quand le moyen de compensation (6) n'assure plus sa fonction.
- Dispositif antichute suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 et dans lequel le moyen de compensation (6) est un ressort à lame enroulée sur elle-même et dont l'extrémité inférieure est fixée audit axe fixe (8) et l'extrémité extérieure est solidaire d'une boíte à ressort (7), caractérisé en ce que le flasque (71) constitue une paroi latérale de cette boíte à ressort (7), ladite roue crantée (2) et le verrou basculant (1) étant placés à l'extérieur de celle-ci.
- Dispositif antichute suivant la revendication 7 et l'une des revendications 4 à 6 caractérisé en ce que le ressort à lame (6) est enfermé dans au moins une cloche (3) couvrant son extrémité extérieure qui y est fixée et dont le deuxième flasque (32) mobile en rotation par rapport audit premier flasque (71) de la boíte à ressort (7) constitue une paroi latérale, ladite cloche (3) étant elle-même située à l'intérieur de ladite boíte à ressort (7).
