Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Außentürelement. The invention relates to an outer door element.

Sides of the same arranged top layers and with a injected or inserted between the cover layers Insulating core made of polyurethane, as well as the edge area of the solid frame forming the outer door element and / or glued wood (fiber wood) or plastic and a the insulating core as a frame or the two Rod-shaped insert delimiting long sides of the insulating core, in particular from an iron material, wherein in or on the two cover layers of the same size and area a flat plate-shaped metallic layer arranged in parallel is known from EP 0 853 183 A1.

It is known for external door elements for the purpose of Thermal insulation an insulating core between the cover layers to be provided, if necessary additionally by adhesion as a connecting link for the two cover layers for Commitment comes. Hygrothermal loads on these doors often lead to deteriorated thermal conductivity values (K value), the the insulation properties of the door element adversely affect. The reduction in thermal conductivity and the resulting reduction in thermal insulation often leads to leaks and warping or bends in the door element. It has shown, that the introduction of glue joints in the wood layers or between layers of wood and insulating core Prevent moisture from entering the interior of the door element is not sufficient. In particular Way the lower sections of the door element are at risk, because there is a greater hygroscopic load due to liquids hitting or rising from the side established. The object of the invention is to provide measures for Maintaining the K value and the static functions to secure long-term with external door elements.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that in the vertical and horizontal Sections of the frame across the length and width the same extending strip-shaped metallic Sections are formed that are common with the metallic layers encase the insulating core directly or at a distance and that the metallic layers and the metallic Sections stabilizers and vapor barriers for the Form the door element. The metallic ones are preferred Layers and the stripe-shaped stripes that grip the edge bond metallic sections made of an aluminum material formed and with a material thickness of substantially 0.20 mm to 0.50 mm. Through the metallic Insulation core is encapsulated and on those confronted with permanent air humidity External door elements have a stabilizing effect and achieves a diffusion-tight barrier that leads to a great torsional rigidity for the door element leads and a vapor barrier for the insulation core and Wood components of the outer door element results in what ultimately also on the life of the outer door element has a favorable effect. It has been shown that e.g. by a Increase the moisture value by e.g. 2%, the insulation effect of the outer door element is already 30% negative is influenced, what is now omitted. It understands yourself that the metallic layers and sections too from any other metallic material, e.g. Copper, can be formed. Finally, one can suitable plastic as stabilizer and vapor barrier find application for the door element.

In an embodiment of the outer door element, the metallic layers and the metallic sections by adhesion with the cover layers or the vertical and horizontal frame sections.

Furthermore, the two are provided in the outer door element Cover layers on the facing the insulating core To assign a plate-shaped plywood overlay, and the flat metallic inlay Layers either in the top layers or in the plywood layers or in the connection levels of cover layers and to lay plywood pads. About that it also suggests the sheathing of the insulating core forming, metallic sections optionally in or to the solid wood and / or in or to the glued wood of the frame or the common connection levels of To train solid and glued wood.

There is the possibility of a modification of the inventive concept only the top layers or the vertical and horizontal sections of the frame with metallic inlays as stabilizers and vapor barriers for the door element equip.

The outer door element 1 of FIG. 1 has a solid wood frame 2 on which there is a frame 3 made of glued wood on the inside followed. The frames 2 and 3 comprise an insulating core 4, in particular made of polyurethane, the outer door element is introduced by injection. Further takes the outer door element 1 all around a steel frame 5 with lock case 6 on ,, executed with corrosion protection is and non-positively glued to the frame wood 2, 3 is. On the frames 2, 3 are flat on both sides Cover layers 7 applied, any of blocking or Solid wood and glued to the insulating core 4 are fixed. Between the two cover layers 7 steel mesh 8 are arranged as a breakthrough inhibitor and for the purpose of reinforcement or for the attachment of Light cutouts in the door element on the two cover layers 7 plywood veneer pads 9 attached. In the embodiment 1 are in the cover layers 7, as can be seen in Fig. 2, as stabilizing layers and diffusion-proof barriers serving aluminum layers 10 housed. The simply referred to as vapor barrier Aluminum layers 10 are between the wood layers the cover layers formed by plywood 7 fixed by gluing. Furthermore, in the vertical and horizontal sections 2 ', 3' of the frame 2, 3 sections 11 ', 11' 'made of a metallic material, e.g. Aluminum introduced that extends over the length and Width of the sections of the frame 2, 3 and extend Diffusion-proof barriers of the door element opposite Form moisture absorption. The metallic sections 11 ', 11' 'together form the insulating core 4 comprehensive framework compared to ascending or impinging moisture and ensure a constant retention of the thermal insulation value (K value) of the Door element. Any over the frame 2, 3 and the top layers 7 moisture acting on the door element is through the metallic layers 10 and the metallic Sections 11 ', 11' 'on an advance in the direction Insulated core (4) prevented, so that the insulation none Undergoes a change in the K value. While at Embodiment of Fig. 1, the metallic sections 11 ', 11' 'preferably between the solid wood frame 2 and the glued wood frame 3 (Fig. 2 and 3) are arranged the possibility of the metallic sections 11 ', 11 '' different between the glued wood frame 3 and the To accommodate insulating core 4 in the outer door element.

4 and 5 is the insulating core 4 gripped on both long sides by a rod 13, which together with the insulating core 4 by a glued wood frame 3 are surrounded all around. Deviating from the 1 are between the insulating core 4 and Glued wood frame 3 as diffusion-proof barriers and stabilizing elements acting metallic sections 11 ', 11' '(Fig. 5) provided. Any about the Glue wood frame 3 of the door element 1 towards the insulating core 4 Penetrating moisture will penetrate into Direction of insulating core 4 through sections 11 ', 11 '' hindered. Further in the cover layers 7 (Fig. 5) flat plate-shaped aluminum layers as stabilizers and vapor barriers are provided.

Das Außentürelement der Fig. 6 weist bei an sich gleicher Ausbildung wie das Außentürelement der Fig. 4 und 5 im Leimholzrahmen 3 verlegte metallische Abschnitte 11', 11'' sowie in den Deckschichten 7 untergebrachte ebene metallische Schichten 10 auf, die auch dort gemeinsam als Stabilisatoren und Dampfsperren wirken.6 has the same in itself Training as the outer door element of FIGS. 4 and 5 in Glued wood frame 3 laid metallic sections 11 ', 11 '' as well as the level housed in the cover layers 7 metallic layers 10, which are also there together as Stabilizers and vapor barriers work.

It goes without saying that they form a framework Sections 11 ', 11 "anywhere in or on the frame 2, 3 can be formed. However, it is towards make sure that the metallic sections 11 ', 11' 'with a Distance from the edge surfaces of the frames 2, 3 arranged damage to sections 11 ', 11' ' excludes when folding the door element 1.
