Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Lautsprecher nach dem dynamischen Wandlerprinzip. Dieser Lautsprecher zeigt einen Dauermagneten 1, der einen Kern 10 aus einer hochmagnetischen Legierung mit einem Element der Gruppe der Seltenen Erden, insbesondere aus einer Neodymlegierung, aufweist. Diese Legierungen sind stark oxidationsgefährdend und reagieren sehr heftig auf Luftfeuchtigkeit. Dieser Kern 10 wird von einer Kunststoffschicht 11 ummantelt, die Partikel aus einer entsprechenden Legierung mit einem Element aus der Gruppe der Seltenen Erden aufweist. Durch diesen Aufbau des Dauermagneten 1 ist ein sehr starkes Magnetfeld gegeben, das einen hohen Wirkungsgrad des Lautsprechers bewirkt. Zudem erweist sich dieser Dauermagnet 1 für den erfindungsgemäßen Lautsprecher als wenig anfällig gegen äußere schädliche Einflüsse.

The invention relates to a loudspeaker according to the dynamic transducer principle. This loudspeaker shows a permanent magnet 1 having a core 10 of a high magnetic alloy with a rare earth element, in particular a neodymium alloy. These alloys are highly oxidizing and react very violently to atmospheric moisture. This core 10 is encased by a plastic layer 11 comprising particles of a corresponding alloy with a rare earth element. By this structure of the permanent magnet 1, a very strong magnetic field is given, which causes a high efficiency of the speaker. In addition, this permanent magnet 1 proves to be less susceptible to external harmful influences for the speaker according to the invention.
