Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif (10) selon lesquels une pluralité de cellules dans une première partie de la mémoire sont organisées en base de données relationnelle de façon à permettre de stocker, d'extraire et de traiter des fichiers orientés client et l'historique des achats des clients. Un processeur (14) effectue le traitement, d'une part des requêtes, concernant des informations demandées et introduites à partir d'un périphérique d'entrée (12), et d'autre part des instructions préalablement stockées provenant de la mémoire (16a). Les informations sont alors stockées dans la mémoire (16b) et/ou affichées sur un écran (18) ou imprimées par une imprimante (20).
