eine elektrografische Hochleistungsdruckeinrichtung 10,
wie sie aus der WO95/20185 bekannt ist. Der Inhalt dieser
Schrift ist dabei Teil der Offenbarung dieser Anmeldung.
Dieses Druckwerk 10 liefert bedruckte Einzelblätter 11, die
in einer Station 1 in ein übliches Stapelfach 13 geleitet und
dort mittels eines Paddels oder Reibrades 12 an einem rechten
Winkel des Stapelfaches 13 ausgerichtet werden. Es können als
Zwischenspeicher auch mehrere solche Stapelfächer angeordnet
sein, die vor der eigentlichen Nachverarbeitung die einzelnen
Jobs aufnehmen und zwischenspeichern. Ist der zu einem Dokument
gehörende Job (Einzelblattstapel) vollständig aufgebaut,
wird er mit den üblichen Transportmitteln (motorisch angetriebene
Transportrollen etc.) zur Station 2 weitergeleitet.
Dort wird der ausgerichtete Job mittels eines Sensors 14 in
seiner Dicke gemessen. Als Sensor 14 kann dabei ein üblicher
Auflichtsensor dienen oder es ist auch möglich, die Dicke
über eine Blattzähleinrichtung und gegebenenfalls eine Papierartenerkennung
im Druckwerk jobabhängig zu erfassen. Dies
ist dann möglich wenn die Dicke der Einzelblätter 11 für den

ist in Abhängigkeit von der gewählten Norm variabel einstellbar.
Über die Papierbohreinrichtung 15 werden dann in einem
vorgesehenen und auswählbaren Aufnahmebereich des Jobs in den
Job Durchgangsbohrungen zur Aufnahme von zylindrischen Ösen
17 gebohrt. Danach wird der Job in die Station 3 weitertransportiert.
Die Station 3 enthält eine später, im Zusammenhang mit den
Figuren 2 bis 7 beschriebene Schneideeinrichtung, die in
Abhängigkeit von der vom Sensor 14 ermittelten Jobdicke aus
einem Rohrvorrat 16 Ösen 17 entsprechender Länge abschneidet
und über eine Positioniereinrichtung in die Durchgangsbohrungen
des Jobs einsetzt. Als Ösen 17 kommen entsprechend der
Darstellung der Figur 8 zylindrische Ösen aus Aluminium oder
Messing zum Einsatz mit einer Durchgangsöffnung 20 zur Aufnahme
von Halteelementen von Ordnern oder dergleichen. Danach
werden über bewegliche, im Weg einstellbare Stempel 18 die
Ösen 17 zusammengepreßt und so im Wege der Kaltverformung an
den Enden der Ösen 17 Schließköpfe 21 mit umgestülptem Rand
gebildet, aus denen sich das einzelne Blatt 11 des Dokuments
nicht mehr problemlos entfernen läßt. Das fertige Dokument

über die motorisch gesteuerte Positionierplatte 23 (Figuren 3
und 4) in die Durchgangsbohrungen eingesetzt und über die
beweglichen Stempel 18 entsprechend den Figuren 5 bis 7
zusammengepreßt und so die Schließköpfe 21 an den Ösenenden
