Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electrical connection cable shielded, of the type comprising a bundle of conducting wires surrounded by a shielding shell and provided at one end with a connector which comprises a body carrying connections to which the conductor wires are connected and a rear connector electrically connected to the shielding casing, which rear connection is traversed by the bundle of conductive wires and is movable along the beam, between a position coupled to the body of the connector, and a disengaged position of the connector body, in which the rear connection is separated from the connector body.
Such shielded connection cables are used in particular in the aeronautical industry to convey information away from disturbances electromagnetic environment.
In order to ensure optimum protection of the conductor wires, it is desirable to establish an electromagnetic continuity between the shielding envelope the wire harness and the connector, especially its connection back.
The shielding envelope is commonly formed of a metallic braid tubular surrounding the bundle of wires. At its end, the metallic braid is mechanically and electrically connected to the rear connection, for example by means of a strapping.
For any intervention on the connector, it is necessary to slide the rear connection of its position coupled with the connector body, up to a position away from the connector body where the rear connection is disposed on the running portion of the wire bundle.
In order to ensure satisfactory protection against disturbances electromagnetic shielding braid has commonly a coefficient of high recovery. Also, the braid is very difficult to deform, so that the sliding of the rear fitting along the wire bundle is frequently accompanied by irreversible deformations of the braid which degrade its electromagnetic protection characteristics.
Le document US-A-4 615 574 montre une combinaison selon le préambule de la reventication 1.If the overlap coefficient of the braid is reduced, which allows an axial deformation of it, it is appropriate that its geometric structure not be modified during the deformations it undergoes. Indeed, its structure geometric fit ensures the conservation of the protective properties electromagnetic. In practice, we see that the geometric structure is generally impaired during deformation of the braid, which reduces its efficiency. US-A-4,615,574 shows a combination according to the preamble of the resurrection 1.
The purpose of the invention is to provide a shielded connection cable comprising a connector whose rear connection can be moved easily to allow access to the inside of the connector, without causing degradation electromagnetic protection characteristics of the envelope shielding the bundle of conductive wires.
For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a combination according to claim 1.

- la gaine de blindage et la manchette rétractable comportent chacune une tresse de blindage tubulaire, le coefficient de recouvrement de la tresse de la manchette rétractable étant inférieur au coefficient de recouvrement de la tresse de la gaine de blindage ;
- la gaine de blindage comporte une tresse dont le coefficient de recouvrement est supérieur à 0,7 ;
- la manchette rétractable comporte une tresse dont le coefficient de recouvrement est compris entre 0,3 et 0,7 et est avantageusement sensiblement égal à 0,5 ;

The invention will be better understood on reading the description which will follow, given only by way of example and with reference to the figures 1 and 2 which are elevational views with partial tearing of a cable according to the invention in which the rear connection is respectively in position coupled to the connector body and in the uncoupled position.
In Figures 1 and 2 is shown a same end section
a shielded
isolant 20.The
The
The
l'intérieur du raccord arrière 26.As shown in FIG. 1, when the
The
la figure 1.The
par un cerclage métallique 36.In addition, the
At its other end, the
de blindage 28.The links of the
axial du raccord arrière 26.Thus, as shown in Figure 2. when compressed
axially, the diameter of the
égal à 8 cm.Advantageously, the length of the
With such a shielded connection cable, it is understood that when the
rear connector is spaced from the connector body, as shown on the
2, the
l'intérieur du raccord intérieur 26.After replacing the
principal 28A.The electromagnetic performance specified for the cable is therefore
provided by
The
