Claims (6)
- Dispositif de contrôle et de surveillance pour des moyens d'actionnement pour l'ouverture/fermeture d'éléments électriques de commande, comprenant des moyens de mesure de courant et de tension et une unité de traitement, caractérisé en ce que ladite unité de traitement exécute les fonctions suivantes :A) déterminer la valeur optimale de courant et/ou de tension à laquelle effectuer l'opération d'ouverture/fermeture ;B) déterminer, en suivant une commande d'opération et un calcul prédictif, une succession de moments dans lesquels le courant ou la tension prend ladite valeur optimale ;C) déterminer une fenêtre de temps pour l'ouverture/fermeture desdits éléments de commande qui contient un des moments dans la succession déterminée ;D) transmettre une commande au dit moyen d'actionnement qui déplace les éléments de commande sur la base de la fenêtre de temps déterminée et des temps de commande desdits éléments électriques de commande ;A1) mesurer les transitoires électriques du réseau suivant une opération d'ouverture/fermeture et/ou suivant une injection prédéterminée de signaux de tension et/ou de courant dans le réseau électrique et actualiser ladite valeur optimale de courant ou de tension à laquelle effectuer l'opération d'ouverture/fermeture sur la base des informations obtenues à partir de la mesure desdites transitoires électriques et sur la base d'une configuration de commande possible sauvegardée précédemment dans ladite unité de traitement.
- Dispositif de contrôle et de surveillance selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite phase A1) comprend les étapes suivantes :A11) déterminer une valeur optimale de courant et/ou de tension à laquelle effectuer l'opération de fermeture sur la base d'une configuration possible pour l'opération de fermeture précédemment sauvegardée dans ladite unité de traitement ;A12) déterminer une valeur optimale de courant et/ou de tension à laquelle effectuer l'opération d'ouverture sur la base d'une configuration possible pour l'opération d'ouverture précédemment sauvegardée dans ladite unité de traitement ;A13) mesurer les transitoires électriques du réseau suivant une opération d'ouverture/fermeture basée sur ladite valeur optimale ;A14) si les transitoires dépassent un seuil prédéterminé, actualiser les valeurs optimales auxquelles effectuer l'opération d'ouverture/fermeture en utilisant une configuration pour l'opération de fermeture et une configuration pour l'opération d'ouverture différentes de celles précédemment utilisées ;A15) mesurer les transitoires électriques du réseau suivant une opération d'ouverture/fermeture basée sur ladite valeur optimale actualisée ;A16) répéter par itération les étapes A14) et A15) si lesdites transitoires dépassent ledit seuil prédéterminé.
- Dispositif de contrôle et de surveillance selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite phase A1) comprend les étapes suivantes :a11) injecter un signal de tension et/ou de courant dans le réseau électrique ;a12) mesurer les transitoires électriques du réseau provoquées par ledit signal de tension et/ou de courant ;a13) si les transitoires dépassent un seuil prédéterminé, déterminer une valeur de tension optimale à laquelle effectuer l'opération de fermeture sur la base d'une configuration possible pour l'opération de fermeture précédemment sauvegardée dans ladite unité de traitement, ladite configuration possible étant déterminée sur la base de la mesure de ladite transitoire ;a14) si les transitoires sont présents, déterminer une valeur optimale de courant et/ou de tension à laquelle effectuer l'opération de fermeture sur la base d'une configuration possible pour l'opération de fermeture précédemment sauvegardée dans ladite unité de traitement, ladite configuration possible étant déterminée sur la base de la mesure de ladite transitoire ;a15) mesurer les transitoires électriques du réseau suivant une opération d'ouverture/fermeture basée sur ladite valeur optimale ;a16) répéter par itération les étapes a11) à A15) et actualiser lesdites valeurs optimales si lesdites transitoires dépassent ledit seuil prédéterminé.
- Dispositif de contrôle et de surveillance selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite impulsion de tension est injectée en amont et/ou en aval dudit élément électrique de commande.
- Dispositif de contrôle et de surveillance selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite mesure des transitoires générées par l'injection d'une impulsion de tension dans le réseau électrique est effectuée en utilisant une procédure d'analyse spectrale.
- Dispositif de contrôle et de surveillance selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite valeur optimale de courant et/ou de tension pour l'opération de fermeture est corrigée avec une quantité qui prend en compte l'énergie résiduelle présente dans la charge au moment de l'opération, ladite quantité étant déterminée sur la base de la constante de temps nominale ou mesurée qui caractérise la transitoire de décharge de charges capacitives ou les flux résiduels, déterminés par l'opération précédente, pour des charges inductives.
