Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electrical connection cable of the type comprising a bundle of initial conducting wires and a sheath internally delimiting a passage reserved for the installation of conductive wires additional.
Such electrical connection cables are used in airplanes in order to electrically connect different control devices electric. These cables run through the receiving housing of the landing gear. They must therefore be resistant to external aggressions, since they are exposed, in these homes, directly to the environment outside the plane. They are then subjected to electromagnetic disturbances and external aggressions. In addition, the cables must be flexible to allow easy assembly and disassembly.
In known electrical connection cables, the harness conductive wires is placed inside a sheath with an inside diameter oversized, so that it internally delimits a reserved passage allowing the subsequent introduction of additional wires.
Additional wires may indeed be required in case installation of new electrical equipment or during improvements to the plane.
The introduction of new wires in the reserved passage delimited by the scabbard is a delicate operation, the new wires introduced being blocked frequently by mingling with the initial threads. Experience shows that wires cannot be inserted into cables having a length greater than four meters. Also, break boxes are provided, interrupting the scabbard at regular intervals. These break boxes are less than four meters apart. They allow access to circulating wires inside the scabbard.
Elle réduit de plus la protection électromagnétique du câble notamment en hautes fréquences, c'est-à-dire pour des fréquences supérieures à 300 kHz.The presence of switch boxes increases the cost of wiring and makes it difficult to install in landing gear. It reduces by plus the electromagnetic protection of the cable, especially at high frequencies, that is to say for frequencies above 300 kHz.
In addition, the mass of the cable is important given the diameter important of the sheath and the presence of the boxes of clippings.
The invention aims to provide an electrical connection cable for easy addition of additional lead wires to sections of great length and having a reduced mass.

équipement électrique auquel est connecté le câble 10.In Figure 1 is shown an
The
long du fourreau 18.
The
Advantageously, in order to improve the flexibility of the cable, the assembly
formed of the
successifs.The
Preferably, the inner section of the
30 %.As a variant, the ribbon constituting the
The
The
The shielding braid is produced, for example by overstressing. In
variant, the

The
Furthermore, a drawing
fourreau 18.This pulling needle allows the subsequent introduction of conducting wires
extra from one end by attaching these to the needle
draw. Pulling the pull needle from the opposite end allows

du fourreau 18 depuis l'intérieur de l'équipement délimité par la paroi 14.As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
constituant le faisceau 16.With a connection cable as described here, additional wires
can later be easily inserted into the
Thus, the electrical connection cables can reach lengths of 10 m without breaking box, while allowing the addition of wires additional.
The cable described here has a
