Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bandhaspel zum Aufwickeln von Warm- oder Kaltband zu einem Coil mit Andrückrollen, Umlenkschalen und einem Einlaufschacht.The invention relates to a reel for winding hot or cold strip into a coil with pressure rollers, deflection shells and an inlet shaft.

Pneumatikzylinder bewegt werden und um einen Drehpunkt derart schwenkbar gelagert sind, daß sie auf den Haspeldorn zu- bzw. von diesem weggeschwenkt werden können. Die Andrückrollen und Umlenkschalen dienen dazu, die ersten Windungen des zu wickelnden Bandes um den Haspeldorn herumzuführen und in Verbindung mit dem Nachspreizen des Haspeldorns den Kraftschluß zwischen Band und Haspeldorn herzustellen, um anschließend das Band unter Zug bei abgeschwenkten Andrückrollen und Umlenkschalen aufzuwickeln, die Andrückrollen haben außerdem die Aufgabe, am Ende des Wickelvorgangs die äußere Windung zu halten.In such reels, the pressure rollers are driven and are located with the deflection shells on swivel systems which are moved by hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and are pivoted about a pivot point in such a way that they can be swiveled towards and away from the reel mandrel. Damit wird erreicht, daß das aufzuwickelnde Band im Bereich der Umlenkschalen nicht mehr beschädigt werden kann. Claims (2)
