U-Profil gebildet wird. An den Enden dieses Trägers 1 sind horizontal liegende
Rohrhülsen 4 an den Seitenwangen angeschweißt, die zur Verbindung von in
horizontaler Richtung aufeinanderfolgenden Trägern dienen. An der Oberseite 5
dieses ersten kastenartigen Trägers 1 sind kegelförmige Positionierungselemente
6 festgelegt, die mit hier nicht dargestellten Schalungsrahmen für Schalungstafeln
zusammenwirken und diese positionieren, wenn eine Schalung mit diesem Gerüst
aufgebaut wird. In horizontalen Abständen, die den Abständen der die U-Profile
bildenden Leisten 3 entsprechen, sind von der Seitenwange des Trägers 1
ausgehende, keilförmige Einschnitte 7 vorgesehen, die stirnseitig an ihrer offenen
Seite von Laschen 8 überbrückt sind, die mit der Seitenwange des Trägers 1 verschraubt
sind, wobei zumindest eine Bohrung einer solchen Lasche 8, die der

der einen Längsseite des Hohlprofiles 9 sind seitlich auskragende Laschen 12
vorgesehen, deren Unterseite mit der Unterseite des Hohlprofiles 9 bündig liegt
und die je eine Bohrung zur Aufnahme einer Befestigungsschraube besitzen, mit
welcher eine hier nicht dargestellte Schaltafel befestigt werden kann. Im unteren
Bereich dieses Hohlprofiles 9 sind Bohrungen 18 in einer Reihe mit einer Teilung
t vorgesehen, wobei diese Teilung beispielsweise 40 mm betragen kann. An der
Außenseite, ebenfalls im unteren Bereich des Hohlprofiles 9, ist ein Widerlager 13
aus einem Winkelprofil angeschweißt, dessen vertikaler Schenkel 14 eine Gewindebohrung,
hier in Form einer angeschweißten Mutter 15 aufweist. In dieses
Hohlprofil 9 ist ein Stützprofil 16 teleskopartig einsetzbar, das ebenfalls einen
rechteckigen Querschnitt besitzt und das an seinem unteren Ende eine Fußplatte
17 mit Bohrungen trägt. Dieses Stützprofil 16 besitzt ebenfalls eine Reihe von
Bohrungen 19, wobei jedoch die Teilung T dieser Lochreihen etwas größer gewählt
ist als die Teilung t des Hohlprofiles 9. Beträgt beispielsweise die Teilung t
40 mm, so werden für die Teilung T 50 mm vorgesehen. Dank dieser Teilungswahl
ist eine kleinstufige Längenveränderung dieses Stützprofiles möglich. Die

werden bei deckungsgleicher Lage von Bohrungen 18 und 19 durch einen hier

kann der horizontale erste Träger 1 gebogen werden: zu diesem Zweck werden
die Schrauben 20 der Laschen 18 gelöst und jeweils die beiden, einen keilförmigen
Einschnitt 7 begrenzenden Abschnitte des Trägers 1 gegeneinander gebogen
und anschließend die Schrauben 20 wieder festgezogen. An der einen Seitenwange
des Trägers 1 wird ein Streifen 22 einer Schaltafel festgeschraubt (Fig.
2). An der Unterseite der Hohlprofile 9 werden Schaltafeln 21 befestigt. Mit den
Widerlagern 13 wird ein gerader oder gebogener zweiter Träger 23 verschraubt.
Mehrere in der beschriebenen Weise vorbereitete Gerüste einschließlich Schaltafeln
werden dann zu einer Schalung zusammengefügt. Der beschriebene
Schalungsteil wird dann mittels Befestigungsschrauben, die durch die Bohrungen
in den Fußplatten 17 gesteckt und mit einer Fundamentplatte verbunden werden,
festgelegt.These
Beim gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Platte 10 und das Hohlprofil 9 unter
Zwischenschaltung eines Stützsteges 11 starr miteinander verbunden. Grundsätzlich
ist es denkbar, zwischen diesen beiden Teilen eine scharnierartige Verbindung
vorzusehen, so daß der Winkel zwischen diesen beiden Teilen verstellbar
und einstellbar ist. Dies ist allerdings mit einem konstruktiven Mehraufwand
verbunden. Zu diesem Zweck jedoch können hier vertikale Schraubspindeln eingesetzt
werden. Sind beim gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel die jeweils paargeordneten
L-förmigen Leisten 3, die die U-Profile für die Aufnahme der Platten 10 bilden,
an der Unterseite des Trägers 1 vorgesehen, so ist es denkbar, diese an
einer Seitenwange des im Querschnitt rechteckigen Trägers anzuordnen. Der
Winkel zwischen der Platte 10 und der Längsachse des Hohlprofiles 9 ist hier
spitzwinkelig, da das beispielsweise beschriebene Gerüst für eine Innenschalung
vorgesehen ist. Ist das Gerüst für eine Außenschalung vorgesehen, so wird der
erwähnte Winkel stumpfwinkelig ausgebildet, dies unter Beibehaltung des prinzipiellen
und vorstehend beschriebenen Aufbaues. Eine solche Anordnung zeigt
Fig. 8, die einer Darstellung des Gerüstes nach Fig. 2 entspricht. Unter Berücksichtigung
des vorstehend im einzelnen Dargelegten bedarf diese Fig. 8 keiner
