Abstract

Bei einem Kompressor, welcher für die Druckluftversorgung in Kraftfahrzeugen als auch für stationäre Anlagen verwendbar ist, ist für die Kühlung des Kompressor-Druckbereichs einschließlich Zylinderkopf (17) und für die Schmierung des Triebwerkbereichs einschließlich Antriebswelle (3) und Taumelscheibe (5) eine dauerhafte Ölfüllung vorgesehen. Der durch die Kompressions- und Reibungswärme aufheizbare Druckbereich des Kompressors und der Triebwerksbereich des Kompressors sind durch Rückschlagventile (39, 41) voneinander getrennt, wobei Fördermittel (Pumpenrad 47) vorgesehen sind, welche das Öl zwischen Triebwerksbereich und Druckbereich im Umlauf transportieren, derart, daß das im Druckbereich erwärmte Öl im Triebwerksbereich abgekühlt wird. Durch die Kühlung des Öls im Triebwerksbereich ist es möglich, einen mittleren Gehäuseabschnitt (23) des Kompressorgehäuses als auch den die Kolbenanordnung aufnehmenden, durch den Zylinderkopf (17) begrenzten Gehäuseabschnitt (85) aus Kunststoff zu fertigen.
