Abstract

Bekannt ist ein kontaktwärmeübertragendes elektrisches Kochsystem mit einem Kochplattenkörper zur Erwärmung eines auf dessen Oberseite abstellbaren Kochgefäßes, mit einem an dessen Unterseite gehalterten, zentral angeordneten ersten Heizelement und zumindest einem dazu peripher angeordneten zweiten Heizelement, denen jeweils zumindest ein Temperatursensor zugeordnet ist, und mit einer Steuereinheit, die mit den Heizelementen und den Temperatursensoren zur Steuerung der Heizleistung des Kochsystems verbunden ist. Um den hohen Wirkungsgrad des Kochsystems bei beliebigen Topfbodenkonturen sicherstellen zu können, stellt die Steuereinheit durch die Vorgabe definierter Heizleistungen der Heizelemente einen Temperatur- bzw. Längenausdehnungsgradienten in dem Kochplattenkörper von dessen Zentralbereich zu dessen Peripherbereich ein, wodurch eine definierte Wölbung des Kochplattenkörpers zur Minimierung des Abstandes zwischen der Oberseite des Kochplattenkörpers und dem Kochgefäßboden eingestellt ist.
