Abstract
Ein Handbohrgerät weist ein drucklufterregtes Schlagwerk zur Erzeugung von axialen Schlägen auf, das über ein Schaltventil mit einer Druckluftquelle verbunden ist. Das Schlagwerk (21) umfasst einen Pneumatikzylinder (22), der wenigstens eine Belüftungs-und wenigstens eine Entlüftungsbohrung (23, 24) aufweist. Innerhalb des Pneumatikzylinders (22) ist ein Schlagkolben (30) geführt, der mit Druckluft beaufschlagbar und periodisch gegen ein Döpperelement (15) beschleunigbar ist. Das Döpperelement (15) durchsetzt eine vordere Begrenzungswand (25) des Pneumatikzylinders (22) axial und dient der Übertragung von axialen Schlägen an ein in eine Werkzeugaufnahme eingespanntes Bohr- oder Meisselwerkzeug. Ein im Gehäuse angeordneter Drehantrieb erlaubt eine Rotation des in die Werkzeugaufnahme eingespannten Bohr- oder Meisselwerkzeugs um seine Achse. Das Schaltventil ist im Schlagkolben integriert und weist Aussparungen und Bohrungen (46 - 52) auf, die abwechselnd mit der Be- bzw. der Entlüftungsbohrung (23, 24) im Pneumatikzylinder (22) in Wirkverbindung bringbar sind. A hand drill has an air-powered hammer mechanism for generating axial impacts, which is connected to a compressed air source via a switching valve. The striking mechanism (21) comprises a pneumatic cylinder (22) which has at least one ventilation and at least one ventilation hole (23, 24). A percussion piston (30) is guided within the pneumatic cylinder (22) and can be pressurized with compressed air and periodically accelerated against a striking element (15). The striking element (15) passes axially through a front boundary wall (25) of the pneumatic cylinder (22) and is used to transmit axial impacts to a drilling or chiseling tool clamped in a tool holder. A rotary drive arranged in the housing allows the drilling or chisel tool clamped in the tool holder to rotate about its axis. The switching valve is integrated in the percussion piston and has cutouts and bores (46 - 52), which can alternately be brought into operative connection with the ventilation bore (23, 24) in the pneumatic cylinder (22).
