Claims (16)
- Verfahren in einer Wickelstation in einer Situation einer Beschaffenheitsänderung in einem kontinuierlichen Prozess des Wickelns einer Papierbahn, in dem die Beschaffenheit der Papierbahn in dem der Wickelstation vorangehenden Prozess einer Papierherstellung durch Veränderungen von den in diesem Prozess ausgeführten Arbeitsabläufen geändert wird, und die Papierbahn der neuen Beschaffenheit um eine Wickelspule (2) aufgebracht wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in die Wickelstation eintretende kontinuierliche Bahn (W) geführt wird, um nachfolgend dem Wickelverfahren gleichzeitig Ausschuss zu bilden, wenn die Beschaffenheit der Papierbahn verändert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Papierbahn der neuen Beschaffenheit in den Wickelprozess um eine neue Wickelspule (2) eingeführt wird, wenn eine Änderung in der Papierbeschaffenheit in den Eigenschaften der in die Wickelstation eintretenden kontinuierlichen Bahn (W) festgestellt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in die Wickelstation eintretende kontinuierliche Bahn (W) während der Beschaffenheitsänderung direkt in einen Pulper (P) geführt wird, der in Verbindung mit der Wickelstation angeordnet ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in die Wickelstation eintretende kontinuierliche Bahn (W) während der Beschaffenheitsänderung geführt wird, um zwischen einer Bahn-Führungsvorrichtung der Wickelstation, wie beispielsweise ein Wickelzylinder (1), und einer an dessen Außenumfang herangebrachten Wickelspule (2) Ausschuss zu bilden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschaffenheitsänderung durch eine manuelle oder als eine automatische Funktion des Prozess-Steuercomputers vollzogene Änderung der Steuerparameter des Papierherstellungsverfahrens ausgeführt wird, nachdem die Bahn (W) zur Bildung von Ausschuss, wie z.B. in einen Pulper (P) geführt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Starten der Beschaffenheitsänderung der fertig gestellte Wickel (R) von der in den Wickel eintretenden kontinuierlichen Bahn (W) separiert wird, indem der gegenseitige Abstand des Wickels (R) und einer Bahn-Führungsvorrichtung der Wickelstation, wie beispielsweise ein Wickelzylinder (1) vergrößert wird, wonach die Papierbahn abgeschnitten oder für einen Abriss belassen wird und die Bahn (W) nach dem Abrisspunkt zur Bildung von Ausschuss geführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehgeschwindigkeit des fertig gestellten Wickels (R) separat von der Bahn-Führungsvorrichtung, wie beispielsweise ein Wickelzylinder (1), verlangsamt wird, um die in den Wickel eintretende kontinuierliche Papierbahn (W) zu entspannen. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die leere Wickelspule (2) in dem Moment des Bahn-(W)-Abrisses am Außenumfang einer Bahn-Führungsvorrichtung der Wickelstation, wie beispielsweise der Wickelzylinder (1), mit der an dem Außenumfang laufenden Bahn (W) in Kontakt ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Starten der und während der Beschaffenheitsänderung wenigstens die folgenden Arbeitsabläufe der Abfolge der Beschaffenheitsänderung in der Wickelstation in einer geeigneten Weise ausgeführt werden:Starten des Pulpers (P) in Verbindung mit der Wickelstation,Aufbringen einer leeren Wickelspule (2) auf den Außenumfang einer Bahn-Führungsvorrichtung der Wickelstation, wie beispielsweise ein Wickelzylinder (1),Starten des Steuergebläses, das die Bahn (W) in den Pulper (P) führt,Vergrößern des gegenseitigen Abstandes des vervollständigten Wickels (R) zu der Bahn-Führungsvorrichtung, wie beispielsweise ein Wickelzylinder (1), und Abschneiden der Bahn (W), die auf den vervollständigten Wickel läuft, oder Belassen der Bahn für einen Abriss in dem Bereich zwischen der Bahn-Führungsvorrichtung und dem Wickel (R) und Führen der Bahn in den Pulper, undÜberwachen der Eigenschaften der in die Wickelstation kontinuierlich eintretenden Bahn (W), und Führen der Bahn (W) um die neue Wickelspule (2), wenn sie den Anforderungen an die neue Beschaffenheit genügen. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Starten der und während der Beschaffenheitsänderung wenigstens die folgenden Arbeitsabläufe der Abfolge der Beschaffenheitsänderung in der Wickelstation in der folgenden Weise ausgeführt werden:Feststellen, wenn die Bahn (W) in den Pulper (P) geführt wird,Überwachen der Eigenschaften der in die Wickelstation kontinuierlich eintretenden und an den Pulper (P) kontinuierlich geführten Bahn (W), und Führen der Bahn (W) um die neue Wickelspule (2), wenn sie den Anforderungen an die neue Beschaffenheit genügen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die folgenden Arbeitsabläufe der Abfolge der Beschaffenheitsänderung in der Wickelstation in der folgenden Weise ausgeführt werden:Umschalten des Pulpers (P) in Verbindung mit der Wickelstation in eine Steuerung, die während der Beschaffenheitsänderung verwendet wird,Festellen, wenn die Bahn (W) in den Pulper (P) eingeführt wird,Eingeben der Parameter der neuen Beschaffenheit in dem der Wickelstation vorangehenden Papierherstellungsprozess,kontinuierliches Überwachen der Eigenschaften der in die Wickelstation eintretenden und in den Pulper (P) geführten Bahn (W) und Führen der Bahn (W) um die neue Wickelspule (2), wenn sie den Anforderungen an die neue Beschaffenheit genügen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsabläufe in einer vorprogrammierten Weise automatisch ausgeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Produktionskalkulation in dem Mühlensystem automatisch angehalten wird, wenn die Bahn (W) in den Pulper (P) geführt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führen der Bahn (W) zur Bildung von Ausschuss, beispielsweise in den Pulper (P), mit einer Vorrichtung zum Detektieren eines Bahnabrisses detektiert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum Detektieren eines Bahnabrisses die Information automatisch an die Automationsanlage gibt, die die Abfolge der Beschaffenheitsänderung der Wickelstation steuert. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Änderung der in die Wickelstation eintretenden Beschaffenheit mit einer Messvorrichtung (M) kontinuierlich überwacht wird, die vor der Wickelstation angeordnet ist, wie beispielsweise ein Sensorkopf eines Mess-Rahmens.
