Description
dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a method for bleaching paper pulp according to
the preamble of
Such processes serve to lighten the paper stock, i.e. the containing Chemically attack and denature dyes. Basically, there are Processes that can be used with both native pulp and waste paper well known. It has also proven useful in many cases Solids content of such a fiber-water mixture at approx. 8 to 12% adjust. This usually allows good use of the chemicals and thus achieve a good effectiveness of the bleach. To the chemical reaction To be able to adhere to the required time, it is necessary to Why stack paper pulp in large quantities under bleaching conditions? so-called bleaching towers can be used. With such a bleaching tower it becomes bleaching pulp entered below so that he can then use the Bleaching chemicals can react. He hikes up in the bleaching tower until he e.g. is transported out by mechanical conveyors. It is also possible to provide a dilution zone in the upper area of the bleaching tower and the to pump out diluted, bleached paper pulp.
Apparatus and devices necessary for the procedures described are of a considerable size and are complex to build and operate. In Usually, high quality materials must also be used to make up the chemical To prevent attack. All this means that the bleaching process is very apparatus intensive must be carried out extensively.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a method with which the effort can be reduced in bleaching.
This object is achieved by the features mentioned in the characterizing part of
When the new process is carried out, the paper pulp is replaced by the Bleach tower continuously and under pressure. It will Pressure drop between the inside of the bleaching tower and the environment for discharge of the highly or medium-consistency paper pulp. Elaborate Apparatus for emptying the bleaching tower is therefore not necessary.
Special refinements of the method see further improvements Measures to prevent the flow of paper through the bleaching tower uniform and in particular the emergence or penetration of Prevent reaction gases from the bleaching tower. A technical and economic advantage results from the fact that when the method according to the invention is carried out Standard apparatus can be used as high pressure reactors at high Operational safety offered at a reasonable price, based on the amount of fabric to be bleached become. If necessary, changes can be made subsequently Match standard equipment to the requirements of the method according to the invention; in In many cases, however, it is possible to leave them unchanged and only by Extensions, e.g. to influence the process in the inlet area.
Die Erfindung wird erläutert anhand von Zeichnungen. Dabei zeigen:

The example in FIG. 1 shows two
In this Fig. 1, a system is shown, which with two connected in parallel Bleaching towers works. The number of bleaching towers mainly depends on the intended throughput of the bleaching plant. The use of several smaller ones Bleaching towers instead of a large one brings economic and overall technical advantages. Of course, a single bleaching tower can also be selected become.
Man
Bohrung 12 (gestrichelt gezeichnet) erfolgen.
Bleichturmes definieren.Fig. 2 shows the lower part of a
Fig. 3 shows a further measure to the flow and reaction conditions of the
