Abstract
Description
Système, dit " attache rapide", conçu pour le démontage et le remontage de godet de grue ou chargeur sans autre intervention que celle du machiniste.System, called "quick coupler", designed for disassembly and reassembly of crane buckets or loaders without other intervention than that of the machinist.
Ce système existe déjà sous différentes marques.
Cependant, leur fonctionnement travaille différemment, sort les crochets aux adaptions (prise du bac), soit

Elle a pour but de remédier aux inconvénients des systèmes de verrouillage existant actuellement sur le marché.
La présente revendication explique de quelle manière les avantages obtenus grâce à cette invention consistent essentiellement au positionnement des deux cames de blocage placées dans les parois des adaptateurs fixes du bac ce qui évite toute torsion du bac.
La présente invention est exposée ci-après plus en détail, à l'aide d'un dessin représentant un exemple d'exécution standard.
L'attache rapide (1) vient pivoter autour de l'axe (A) de l'adaptateur (voir Figure 1)
Les 2 cames (B) pivotant sur l'axe (5) viennent buter sur les bords profilés (3) des découpes pratiquées sur les parois de l'adaptateur (2) fixé au bac (Voir Figure 1)
Sous l'effet de la force exercée par le cavage (4) (pivotement du vérin fixé à l'extrémité de la flèche de la grue) les 2 cames (B) suivent les bords profilés (3) des découpes de l'adaptateur (2) (Voir Figure 2)
L'axe (5) de pivotement des cames (B) vient se positionner sur les appuis (C) de l'adaptateur (2) (Voir Fig .3)
A l'aide des ressorts (D) les cames (B) exercent une poussée sur les bords profilés des découpes (3) de l'adaptateur (2) et maintiennent l'axe de pivotement (5) sur les appuis (C) (Voir Figure 4 et 5).
Le verrouillage exercé par les cames (B) à l'aide des ressorts (D) permet d'obtenir en supprimant le jeu un serrage maximum entre l'attache rapide (1) et l'adaptateur (2).
Le déverrouillage s'effectue en exerçant un déplacement vers le haut des cames (B) pivotant sur leur axe (5) à l'aide de deux tiges (F) à placer dans le système de verrouillage (E) incorporé aux cames (B) (Voir Figure 4 et 5).Universal quick coupler for locking all types of crane tanks on tires or tracks.

The quick coupler (1) pivots around the axis (A) of the adapter (see Figure 1)
The 2 cams (B) pivoting on the axis (5) abut on the profiled edges (3) of the cutouts made on the walls of the adapter (2) fixed to the tank (See Figure 1)
Under the effect of the force exerted by the digging (4) (pivoting of the jack fixed to the end of the boom of the crane) the 2 cams (B) follow the profiled edges (3) of the cutouts of the adapter ( 2) (See Figure 2)
The pivot axis (5) of the cams (B) is positioned on the supports (C) of the adapter (2) (See Fig. 3)
With the help of the springs (D) the cams (B) push on the profiled edges of the cutouts (3) of the adapter (2) and maintain the pivot axis (5) on the supports (C) ( See Figure 4 and 5).
The locking exerted by the cams (B) using the springs (D) makes it possible, by eliminating the play, to obtain maximum tightening between the quick coupler (1) and the adapter (2).
Unlocking takes place by exerting an upward movement of the cams (B) pivoting on their axis (5) using two rods (F) to be placed in the locking system (E) incorporated in the cams (B) (See Figure 4 and 5).
